Today was a very important day. Today was the day I was to be crowned queen of the werewolves as I had finished my training. A whole month had passed, but Hyunjin told me that considering it takes years for wolves to fully awaken their abilities that my abilities were extremely promising.
I had learned how to hunt, to to communicate with the pack through the mind link, how to fight, how to track down things from miles away, how to howl, how to control my transformations, and how to bare my fangs in human form. My wolf form had grown bigger and bigger the stronger I got, and now I was absolutely massive when my alpha abilities were awakened which were only necessary for battle. My alpha form was so huge that I couldn't even fit in the house unlike the others.
Hyunjin told me that Alphas have the ability to make themselves huge to separate them from the others, and the reason I was bigger than everyone else was because grey wolves were known for being the largest. To give perspective on how big I was in Alpha form, a full grown human man was about the size of one of my claws.
In order to be crowned Queen I would have to fight all the other Alphas of the other districts one on one and beat them. This would include Hyunjin. However, the Alphas would have the option to simply forfeit the fight if they saw the opponent as fit to rule.
My confidence in my own strength had grown quite a bit over the past month, and so I was confident that I would win. My fathers would be watching me from afar as they were cleared of any charges and they were allies. They were moving back home today, but wanted to stay to see my coronation.
I was perched upon the rock in the area where we were supposed to fight waiting for the others to arrive. The drums continuously played the same beat. I peered down at the 4 wolves that were here.
