Chapter 7
The next morning Des and Ryker got up extra early to make breakfast for the girls while they slept in longer. The boys crept quietly downstairs hoping that the girls didn't wake up. As the boys walked into the kitchen, they found Sven getting ready to start cooking some breakfast.
"Oh, hello! How is everyone this morning?" Sven asked while making himself some eggs.
"We're fine. We wanted to make some breakfast for the girls if that's okay with you." Des said politely.
"Yes, that's fine." Sven told them.
"Okay. We'll clean up when we're done." Ryker tells Sven while looking around the huge kitchen.
"You don't have to worry about doing that. It's my job. You should be enjoying your vacation." Sven tells them.
"Are you sure Sven? It's not a problem for us to do it." Des asks.
"Yes, I'm sure." Sven tells them.
"Okay. Well Des, we better get started before Haileigh and Morgan wake up." Ryker says while looking at Des.
Sven makes his way outside to chop some firewood, leaving Des and Ryker alone in the kitchen making breakfast.
"Okay Des, what should we make Haileigh and Morgan?" Ryker asked.
"I don't know Ryker. You're always the hungry one." Des said while trying not to laugh.
"Shut up Des!" Ryker shouts.
"Okay." Des says while laughing.
Ryker and Des decide to make some pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hash browns for the girls. As they were carrying the food upstairs, they heard Haileigh and Morgan talking. The boys walk in the room with breakfast.
"Wow! That looks amazing and smells really good." Morgan tells them.
"We were wondering where you two had went." Haileigh says while getting off the bed.
"We wanted to do something nice before we start what we have planned for you and Haileigh." Ryker says while giving Morgan a kiss.
"Wow! There's a lot of food Ryker." Morgan says while looking at everything.
"I know and I'm hungry." He tells Morgan.
"Let's eat. Des, what are we going to to do after breakfast?" Haileigh asks him.
"You'll have to wait and see." Des tells her as he smiles and winks.
"You must have something good planned." laughs Haileigh.
After finishing breakfast, Des and Ryker told the girls to get ready for a walk down to the lake. They left the girls to get ready while they carried the dishes back downstairs. Haileigh and Morgan got into their bikinis and packed a bag with towels and sunscreen. The girls head downstairs to get Des and Ryker.
"Wow! You both look amazing." Des and Ryker say while looking at the girls as they entered the kitchen.
"Thanks!" Morgan says while blushing.
Des and Ryker grab the bags from the floor. The couples head out the back door towards the path leading to the lake.
