Chapter Eight

Dark's POV

Mark really didn't think that I would come alone myself. If he hadn't realized, the villain always comes with someone. Lucifer and I tied Mark's hands in front of him and brought him to the castle that we had appeared in. Since Mark knew so much about the crystal more than Sam or Colby did might as well make sure that he led us to the Crystal. Once we got to the castle, we brought him to the dungeons, untied his hands and chained them to the wall.

"Why do we have to do this?" complained Lucifer. "Why don't we just torture him?"

"Because, he won't exactly tell us if we tortured him,"

"But," he argued.

"No!" I responded as I walked out of the dungeon. "Now, stand by this cell door and when Mark wakes up come and get me so he and I can have a little chat,"

"Fine," says Lucifer as he had given up trying to argue with me. I hoped that this was going to go as I thought. Though now I was slightly worried since Sam Golbach was still out there possibly trying to find Mark. If he was, then I will be ready for him. It was about thirty minutes later when I got a telepathic message from Lucifer.

"He's awake now," he said

"On my way," I responded as I made my way back to the dungeons. Once I arrived, I dismissed Lucifer and walked toward the cell bars. Sitting on the ground against the wall and still chained was Mark who was wide awake. An evil smirk appeared on my face as I leaned on the bars.

"Well," I said, "Look who's awake,"

"Dark, I want you to let me go,"

"You don't tell me what to do," I say as I pulled out the keys and unlocked the cell door and walked in. "You seriously thought that I was going to meet you alone?"

"We didn't even make an agreement to meet," defended Mark "I was going to find you and kill you,"

"That was your plan?" I said with an evil laugh "To kill me," I walked over to Mark, knelt to the ground and got in his face. "You think your so smart," I finished "So where is that kid?"

"I won't tell you," he responded, "But I'm sure that there's another explanation as to why you chained me in here," he continued "And I highly doubt it's for a heart to heart conversation,"

Stepping back, I leaned against the wall. "You're right," I spoke "it's not for a heart to heart conversation, I remember in the dream you tried to delay me," I continued "You said that you knew where the Dreamers Crystal was,"

"Yeah? So?"

"You made that mistake," I added "You should have kept your mouth shut Mark,"

"What's your point?"

"Since you know where the crystal is, you will take me and Lucifer to it,"

"And why would I do that?"

"Because if you don't, I will hurt everyone you care about," I knelt once again "starting with Sam," suddenly Mark stood up and tried to attack me. Before he could get his hands on me, I walked out of the way. "Nice try Mark Fischbach"

"I will never take you to the crystal,"

"You always seem to deny everything don't you Mark?"

"I only deny it if your after something that could end the world,"

"Now," I say calmly "Why would I want to end the world? I want that Crystal and if you want your loved ones safe, you will take me to the crystal,"
