JENNIE

"Ms. Kim you have a clear schedule after the 10 am meeting with your uncle and here's the papers you need to sign up and lastly, here's the compilation of the trainees who will start their jobs on the 15th." Irene said.

"Okay Ms. Bae let's be ready for this meeting and I am telling you, this will not be an easy one " I sigh as I lean my back on the swivel chair and I close my eyes to release some stress.

"Don't stress too much Jennie. As your friend and not your secretary, I will tell you honestly , you looks stressed. You've been a month here loosen up girl!" My secretary told me while sitting in front of me.

I let out a deep sigh and face Irene.
"I think Lisa is trying to ignore me. Like duh?! I've been a month here but I didn't even see her once!" I throw up my both hands and face palm my face.

"Just to remind you Jen, you are the boss here. You can simply call her attention and let her go here and discuss professionally like an employer to her employee just make an excuse.. you know?" She shakes her head.

"I can't do that Irene like almost half of the employees here knew that she's my ex.. hello?! It's been the talk of the town since I came here and I'm not dumb not noticing it from the people" I sigh again.

"And so?" Irene questioned me while raising her eyebrow up.

"I don't know sis. I miss her so much and I want her back. Do I sound obsessed? I don't care!" I stood up from my swivel chair and arranged my stuffs.

"And you secretary Bae? Go! And please be ready I need you there!" I roll my eyes and we both chuckled.

After 2 hours

"Are you okay Jennie?" Chaeyoung asks with Jisoo, Irene and Seulgi. They went inside my office after the meeting with uncle when they knew what happened. My uncle gave me the big project I supposed to decline but he insisted.

"Yeah. It's just that.. I'm still not done with Mr. So's project and this! I don't know how to handle this both at the same time! I'm the CEO but when my uncle is around, I am look like a regular employee!" I sarcastically stated.

"We're here girl! Don't forget that!" Jisoo said.

"I know you will not let me do this on my own but I can't help myself to panic!" I said.

"We all know what or who can keep you calm Jennie" Seulgi said and they smirk while eyeing to each other.

"What do you mean?" I asked and without a second someone knocked at the door. The door opens by Irene with a smile and my eyes went wide and I didn't help myself but to stare to the person who enters handling couple of iced coffee on the right hand and foods on her left. The most person who truly makes me calm. My favorite person that I missed the most after 6 years of being away. A tear escaped from my eyes and I can't help but to run to the love of my life. Lisa.

LISA

While I was inside the elevator with some of my trainees. I can't help but to eavesdrop to the other employees when I heard Jennie's name.

"The CEO's uncle gave her this big project while she's still have an ongoing project" the one employee said.

"I pity her so much. She's just a month here but they giving her the hardest job a CEO can get" another one said.

"She's the CEO and she have all the rights to decline or give the project to others but she just agreed" I heard to the last person.

I can't help but to think of her. As soon as the elevator stops, I quickly dialed Jisoo's number.

J : hey !
L: I've heard the news how Jennie?
J: oh! We're on the way to her office with Chaeyoung and Seulgi. Irene's with her and Jenndeuk is so down. She texted Seulgs.
L: i know. But she can decline the offer and hand it to someone! I mean she's the CEO man!
J: we all know how Jennie is trying hard for this company. She don't know how to say no especially if it's company's reputation. You know how her dad is leaning on her.
L: she can't do this alone Jisoo!
J: that's why we're here Lisa! And you know that she will be much more okay if you're here with us. Stop hiding!

I let out a deep sigh.

L: you think it's time for us to see each other?
J: you have always the time Lisa. We will wait for you. She needs you.
L: okay Jis. I will come with foods don't worry.
J: that's my man! See you!

Jennie needs me. That's the only thing that runs through my mind and without a second thought, I walk down twice faster than my normal walk. I got out of the company to buy some foods for us cause it's lunch break and I know they were all hungry.

It is now or never. I am now standing in front of Jennie's door and I heard them talking how the meeting went and I can even hear how Jennie deeply sigh multiple times and I can't help but to pity her. I gulp for the last time before knocking the door and I hear them became silent and footsteps approaching the door.

The door opens and I see Irene who winked at me and she swung the door more and I saw everyone. I entered her office and my gaze stucked at my love. The woman who captured my heart 6 years ago and still capturing my heart until now. Her cat eyes in tears and mouth slightly open in awe and without a second she stood up and run to hugged me that made almost loose my balance. My heart beats madly at the sight and I can't help myself but hug her in return. The same intensity and the same tight like hers. The feeling of longingness we have for six years obviously seen through her tears and through our embrace. I smile in relief as I scan my friends while Irene and Chaeyoung is also crying with their girlfriend's comforting them.

I slowly pull away by grabbing Jennie's shoulder but not breaking her hands wrapping around my waist.

I lift her chin up to look at me and I wipe all her tears. She open her eyes to meet mine and I smile at her while she smile weakly at me.

She grab me by my long sleeves and hurried her face on my chest and cried harder.

"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry.. I'm sorry baby.. pl-please forgive me.. please..please.." I chuckled from her cuteness and I heard some of my friends chuckled too.

I run my hands up and down on her hair and kissed the top of it.

"Stop it miss CEO. Your employees might hear you outside" I chuckled again.

She slowly stop from sobbing and hit my chest. I pull her away and cup her cheeks with my hands. I wipe again her tears and without hesitation, my lips crashed on hers. I feel her stiffen for a moment but eventually return the kiss we had.
