♥️♥️♥️Arthit's family was perfect, at least that's what he has always thought. He was living so happily with his father Sean and mother Namtarn.
Sean Rojnapat, Arthit's father is a very rich businessman and owner of several companies in Thailand. So Arthit's life has always been like one of a prince with fortunes, maids, his nanny and everything he could ever wish for.
He's really stubborn but very kind at heart and also very generous. He has a best friend aka playmate too from diapers called Bright. Even though the latter isn't from a rich household like him, Arthit enjoyed his company.
Arthit wasn't actually someone who would befriend others due to social rank. He didn't care about these rank and reputation but mostly about their hearts. His father always taught him, money wasn't everything, so he knew how to humble himself.
He would rather have more genuine friends who were poor than those pretentiously rich and fake people who could backstab you at anytime. Arthit often went to his best friend's house to play and Bright also did the same from time to time, after all his mom worked there.
The two weren't living in the same neighbourhood as Arthit's house was located in the heart of the city among the most expensive areas of Bangkok. Bright is the child of aunt May who is Arthit's nanny which is why one can say they practically grew up together.
One day, as he was on his way to his friend's house, he got stunned seeing his father in the same neighbourhood. His father entered in one of the house there, it was a little far from where he stood. Arthit was very shocked and so curious of what he was witnessing in front of his eyes at that very moment.
He watched his father being warmly welcomed by a tiny boy who came running to him and a lady following up just behind him. His father hoisted him repeatedly very high that the boy began giggling so happily. After all the nice greetings with each other, they all went into the house like one lovely family.
That scene left a very bitter taste to Arthit's tongue, he was confused and not himself all day long. Arthit kept on thinking about the things he has seen earlier.
Bright on his side, also wondered why Arthit sat so quietly and lost deep in his thoughts. Arthit wasn't someone who unusually remained so silent for no reason. So Bright thought this was really odd and something must surely be going on with Arthit.
So he asked him to know what was wrong and Arthit told him everything he saw earlier. Bright told him not to think too much as it could be a simple coincidence. He then decided to forget about that and they played till Arthit went back.
After few days passed by, Arthit saw the exact scene of his father going in that house occasionally. But his Phor had never mentioned anything of the sort at home. His curiosity increased even more though he choose to let it be at that time.
Despite Arthit being only nine years old, he was not that naive. He's heard his parents fighting with each other for sometimes now. But he thought his father was really cheating with that other woman until his mother found out. But little did he know, he totally misunderstood the whole situation.
One morning suddenly, he woke up to the sounds of someone throwing tantrums downstairs. He rushed out of his room to see where all the chaos was coming from. Once there, Arthit realised it was actually his mom who was dragging some luggages with her while saying something similar to 'I really can't do this anymore.'
His father begged her and tried as much as he could to stop her from going but it was all in vain. Without even turning to look at her son, she left. Arthit remained frozen there, crying his heart out as he was really devastated and could not believe what was currently happening to him.
He really didn't want to believe that his mother who always told him how much she loved him so much would leave him like that. What hurts him most is her indifference toward him. She didn't even once turn back to look at him. She left without even caring about all the pains and sufferings he would feel in his heart.
His nanny was the one who started to soothe and calm him down until his father came to him. His father tried hugging him to give his son the love and comfort he needed but all Arthit did was glare grudgingly at him. He rashly pushed his father away while screaming and shouting with so much rage.
"I hate you so much Phor, this is all because of you. You are responsible for this and the only reason mom decided to go." Arthit yelled at his father while sobbing painfully and the sight was so heartbreaking. His father didn't know what he was blabbering about and became speechless with his son's sudden outburst.
"What are you saying, Arthit? You know Phor loves you the most and would never do such thing knowing so well it will only hurt you. Can you please trust and listen to Phor?" Sean sadly spoke hoping his son will try to understand him a bit. And he didn't even know why Arthit was accusing him for.
"No!!! Stop pretending that you don't know what I'm talking about. You are just a liar Phor, I won't believe you. I have seen you many time visiting that woman at her house. You've another family that's why mom left." Arthit shouted on top of his voice while still sobbing so hard.
"What?" Sean gasped after hearing his son's strange statement. He tried to explain things but Arthit didn't let him do so and shuned him.
Sean was so hurt seeing how badly Arthit was broken and his eyes filled with so much hate for him. However, he didn't even know where to begin telling him the truth and make him understand things without hurting him more. So he thought it would be better to keep it this way.
He chose to take the blame because that seemed to be the best option. Telling Arthit the whole truth at such a young age, would badly affects him much worst than this.
Days went by, Arthit's heart broke more and he became more stubborn as he behaved like a spoiled brat. He stopped listening to everyone from then including his father too except his nanny.
A year later, Arthit was now a year older and was in his final year of primary school after which he'll be moving to secondary school.
His father came home one fine day accompanied by a woman and her child. She was a very beautiful woman and her son, he seemed shy but looked very cute too with those beautiful eyes which could make one get lost into them for eternity.
His smile alone was so contagious and could brighten the most darkest place of this world. Arthit at first smiled, staring at that adorable boy and his cuteness. Just the presence of the tiny and beautiful boy was enough for Arthit to feel so good and distracted.
But that was before his father finally spoke the next words he could have never expected.
