"All members check-in." Ryan called out over the tank com systems, "Pilot 1 checking in." he continued.
"Pilot 2 checking in." followed Denny.
"Nav 1 checking in," said Nicky,
"Nav 2 checking in. replied Hailey.
"Gunner 1 online," announced Gray.
"Gunner 2 online." finished Rita.
"All systems go," Ryan said.
"All systems go confirmed," Denny replied.
"This is Command Center Alpha, do you read, Trekker Pilots." came on a female voice from command.
"We read, CCA," replied Ryan.
"You have an all-clear on mission start. Goodluck you all." continued CCA.
"Thanks, Command, mission commences in t-minus 10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... 0..." finished Denny.
"Let's get this show on the road!!!" yelled Gray into the comm lines while everyone laughed.
"Hey, Nicky, what's our route down?" Ryan asked.
"Looks like we're going to have to backtrack up the mountain a bit, to go along the peak of our mountain. I found a map of the old ski trails from a couple of years back. Once we get to mountain 8, we can go down the imperial ridge pathway. The only problem with that is, there's a kind of huge open side called a bowl right off the ridge. It's very likely that we'll have to get out to clear the area of Frighters. Our shrapnel is not going to be enough for that." she finished.
"Okay! Let's do it!" followed Denny.
