 "Have a nice day."

"You, too," Reid replied. The wait was brutal but finally... Reid had his frozen yogurt. Creamy, sweet, tasty... frozen yogurt.

He was just about to take a bite when-

"Hey! Don't eat me!" cried a high pitched voice. What the fuck? Reid looked around to spot the source of the voice. People were idly chatting around tables, eating their frozen yogurt. Weird, he thought. He went to take a bite but was interrupted once again.

"No!" the same voice cried. Strangely enough, it was coming from the cup of fro-yo. "Don't eat me please! I have too much to live for!"

Oh my god is the frozen yogurt talking!? No way, no way. But low and behold, the thick frozen substance had formed a mouth and- ew- eyes.

"Ah!" Reid screamed, earning a couple of strange looks from other costumers. This couldn't be happening.

"My frozen yogurt is talking to me!" he cried. "Look!"

He went from table to table trying to show people what he was talking about but no one believed him. According to everyone, there wasn't anything there.

"Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to leave," a worker said. "You're scaring the costumers."

Reid ran out of the store while clutching the cup of frozen yogurt. He jumped into his car and took a deep breath.

"Thanks mister," it spoke.

"Why the heck can you talk?!"

"I dunno. Please don't eat me, though. I don't want to die. I've only been alive for five minutes."

Reid had a choice to make. Throw away the talking yogurt or.. spare it. Reid chose the more humane way. I guess the fro-yo wasn't dying just yet.

They drove back to Reid's house in complete silence.

"Mr. Reid, I don't feel so good...." the yogurt muttered. Reid looked over and noticed that it was melting. He hadn't even thought about the heat from the car.

"Oh, are you okay? What should I- what should I do?!"

"Don't worry. All I've ever wanted to do was experience living. No other frozen yogurt has gotten this opportunity. Thank you..."

"Fro-yo? Fro-yo?! No! Please don't die!" Reid sobbed. "You can't leave me!"

"Goodbye..." the yogurt whispered. It's last words.

"Noooo!!!! I loved you!!!"

The end.
