The meeting with Jin went well. Tae's apartment was listed for rent at a rate you both were very pleased with. Jin also showed you some beautiful properties for sale that you and Tae could view while you were in Japan. There was one in particular you both loved that you definitely couldn't wait to see up close.
You also learned that Tae had a number of other properties in Seoul and in other cities that you didn't know about. You knew that he was into real estate investing, but you had no idea that it was at this level. You also didn't realize how wealthy he actually was.

Both of you did very well financially in your modeling careers. You had been modeling since you were 16 with one of the top modeling agencies in New York. By the time you were 18, you were easily making 6 figures a year as a model and waitressing part time.
That's when you started getting noticed in a lot of Asian markets and began traveling more. You had to quit your job as a waitress, but your waitressing income was quickly replaced with what you were making on your overseas modeling jobs.
At 22, you decided to move to Korea because you were traveling so often to Asia for work, sometimes living there for months at a time. It was fun at first, but eventually the constant traveling to different time zones, especially the long 14+ hour flights, became exhausting and expensive. It just made more sense to live in Asia full time where you could get to Tokyo or Hong Kong or Singapore in a few hours rather than having to fly for an entire day.
You chose to live in Seoul not only because you got a lot of gigs there, but there was also something about the culture that you loved, not to mention it was a lot less expensive to live there than most of the other cities you considered like Tokyo and Hong Kong.
You never even considered that you'd meet your future husband there... especially an insanely hot supermodel who was just as passionate about modeling as you were, treated you like queen, and was a literal sex god. Tae was so much more than you ever could have dreamed of. He was perfection personified.
He began modeling at 17 and his career took off from the start. His beautiful face, body and even his hands were in high demand all over Asia and eventually worldwide. He purchased his first property at 18, and when he saw how much money he made from selling it 2 years later, he became obsessed with investing in properties all over the world.
He was already making over a million dollars a year by the time he was 20, and once he got into real estate it skyrocketed from there. He told you today on your drive back home that last year he had made over 5 million between modeling and investing. You were shocked!
