Chapter 10: Christmas time shopping

I'm really sorry for the long wait it's just that since the begining of school I was litteraly bombarbed with exam and had to study like every night. I also had some big pain in my stomach and discovered that it's was caused by too much stress and had to go see the doctor to have some type of special pain killer for it. Really sorry again and hope that this long chapter will be enough to pardon me.

The snow outside were falling all around like million of little ballerina. The house were all decorated, lighting up the dark street all covered in a blanket of white. The little frost on the window were like some beautiful detailled art that took hours and hours to make perfect.

It's now have been almost a year since Allyson has saw Loki and she still didn't broke her promise. Even if her hope were falling little by little she stayed strong and wouldn't stop believing in Loki words. But she was a little more sad everyday passing to not be able to see him, his beautiful green eyes or his long black hairs and pale skin cold but warm to her touch. His voice, beautiful, soft and deep, alway making her shiver and feel happy.

The only thing making her stay strong and on her feets was the hope in wich she still believed and her friends visiting her. Mainly Natasha but also, even surprising... Steve.

The soldat came a lot since then to see if you were alright. He came often and told you about a lot of thing. You alway loved to ear his story and how Brookling looked like when he was little. Yes you came from there, at less when you were in the orphelinat.

Natasha convinced you to join the S.H.I.E.L.D and to say that Fury seemed to fancy you because of your good quality was no exageration.

As you sat there thinking, your tought were interrupted by te doorbell ringing. Letting out a sigh you got up to answer the door. When you opened it and saw who it's was, a soft smile made his way to your face.

In your doorway was standing Steve all smiling.

"Hi"

"Hi Steve. What special occasion are you here for?" You asked him playfully.

He laughed a little while shaking his head.

"Huh, I tought that with christmas coming so fast I should go buy my presents for everybody and told myself that maybe if you stil hadn't buy your we could go together?"

You cocked you head to the side while thinking and finally smiled looking at him.

"Of course I will come with you Steve." She told him a matter of fact.

She took her coat and boots and followed him outside.

As she looked around she remarked that there wasn't any other car than her outside the house.

"Did you come here on feet?" She asked him raising an eyebrown at him.

"Um... Yes." He responded rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

She shook her head amused. She should have expected this. After all he not from this time and didn't have his driving license.

"Okay, but if you wanna go to the mall we're gonna take my car." She say pointing a finger at him as she cherched her keys with the oter in her coat pocket.

"Alright ma'am." He say chuckling.

"Don't call me this~! It's make me feel old~!" She whined at him lettig her head fall backward.

"Old? You? Alright if your old what am I then?" He asked her ask she thought.

"Like an alien?" She more asked than stated with an innocent face as she opened the driver door of her car.

"An alien?" He asked confused.

"You should know that I'm a little crazy by now" she playfully informed him.

"So what did you had in mind to give to everybody?" You asked Steve as you walked in front of the shop in the mall looking at the things in display.

"I'm not really sure. You know I can't really give them the same type of thing as I gave on christmas before. " he say kind of stating the truth.

I chuckled a little." Yeah you're right I can't deny that since your time to today we evolued a lot in technology but there still a lot of thing made by hands you know."

He looked at you with a ''are you serious'' look.

"Okay maybe not but... See the goods points in this!" I exclaimed.

"And was would it be?" He asked me observing my gestes as I moved my hand a little around.

"You had the luck to meet me! And now have the wonderful luck to walk beside me!"

Steve looked at me trying to contain his laughters but not able to anymore, he burst in a fit of them training me to join him in this happy momoent. After calming down and take our breath back we continued walking in the shop and look at the thinks.

"So... What were you doing before I came and disturb your moment of silence." He asked me looking up from the objet in his hands.

I tough a bit about it before responding." Looking the snow outside and..." I let out a sigh." Thinking..." I finally say replacing the cute polaroid in place.

Steve stoped walking causing me to look up. His was was a mix of worry and comprehension." I know how it's feel Allyson but don't worry, I'm sure that he alway think about you." He say posing his hands on my shoulder and rubbing them up and down.

I gave him a small smile not really wanting to force myself to give him a big fake one." I know... I'm just scared..." I say looking down.

"Hey" he gently took my chin and made me look up at him directly in the eyes." He love you and will alway love you. How could he stop loving a lovely darling like you." I only nodded in respond losing myself in his sea blue eyes. We stayed like this for some times before a blush appeared on his face causing him to avert his gaze and clear his throat.

"It's seem like this little camera is to your liking?" He asked me taking the pink pearl Polaroid that I observed earlier.

"Yeah I have a old one at home but she seem to work less and less everytime that I use it." I explained.

He hummed a little respond and nodded as he slowy replaced it in place.

"Shall we go look somewhere else?" Proposed Steve.

"Alright."
