Chapter 6: Happy Halloween and Captured!

Previously from Chapter five:

"Ooh, I'm so scared." Oberon said, mocking her before he began laughing at her. "A puny little girl like you ain't gon do nothin."

"Try me." Zoey said, smirking before dashing up to him and punched him all the way back to Somnambula's lair.

"I'll be back!!!" He cried out.

"What an idiot." She said, to herself before landing back on the ground and turned towards Rodney.

"Sorry about that. Are you okay, Rod?" Zoey asked.

Rodney stood there while shaking in complete fear and shock as if he just witnessed an apocalypse had happened. But before Zoey could say anything else, he fainted.

"Oh, crud." She said before she began to panic.

"Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh! That wasn't supposed to happen! And now my best friend is out cold. Stupid Oberon, Stupid snake lady!" Zoey replied angrily while freaking out.

Then Zoey bent down to listen to Rodney's heart beat. Once she heard that it was still beating normally, she sighed of relief. "Oh, thank goodness, he's okay. He just fainted." She said, in relief before panicking again.

"What am I gonna do? I can't leave him like this. What will his parents say? What will Mom say? What will Nana and Coco say? Or better yet what what will the rest of our friends say?"

Zoey slowly calmed down and picked Rodney up and brought him back into the mansion, along with bringing the rest of the streamers.

Once she made it back inside, the friends were all surprised when they all saw that Rodney was knocked out in Zoey's arms as Roddy, Rita, Rachel, Denny, Robin, and Lauryn were all shocked to find Rodney knocked out before they ran up to him and Zoey, all worried.

"Oh, my gosh, Rodney!" Rita said, as Zoey set him down on the floor.

"Is he alright?" Roddy asked.

"He's fine. He just fainted when we saw an angry pit bull while we were getting the rest of the streamers. But luckily his owner came and got him before he even thought about chasing us." Zoey said.

"Oh, thank goodness that you both are okay." Kitty said, as everyone nodded

No later after she had spoken, Rodney had woke up to the sound of his friends and family, sitting up from the floor, putting a hand to his head. "Oh, what happened?" He groaned.

"Little bro, thank goodness that you're okay." Rachel said, relieved while hugging him along with Roddy, Rita, Denny, Robin, and Lauryn.

Zoey looked at him while looking hurt and turned away from him and continued decorating while the friends weren't looking. Rodney noticed Zoey's face but didn't say anything.

Later on after decorating the ballroom, for Brooke's party, It was time for Roddy, Rita, Rachel, Rodney, Denny, Robin, Lauryn, Ivy, Kira, Nana, Coco and Zoey to go home.

Once everyone made it back home, Zoey was in her room, getting ready for bed until her mother had walked into the room. "Just coming to say goodnight, sweetie. We got a busy week ahead of us if we're gonna get everything done before Saturday night." Kira said, smiling as Zoey nodded, quietly.

Kira noticed her daughter's face and lowered her eyebrows while looking concerned and worried all at once. "What's wrong, sweetie." She asked, sympathetically.

Zoey faced her mother while looking like she was about to cry. "Mom, I accidentally revealed my powers in front of Rodney!" She cried, as Kira looked completely surprised after hearing her daughter. "You did what?!" Kira cried out in complete shock.
