Coming out

july

Things have not been right in my house. My mom has not come out her room since we shared at dinner last week and im worried. I hace been coming home everyday so I can cook and make sure things are cleaned. Today I have to take Jace to the doctor and I need my mom. I knocked on her door and heard nothing.  I opened the door and saw my mom laying down looking at me.

"What?" She said.

"I need you. Jace has an appointment and we need you." She looked at me then got up. I guess thats a yes. I went to check on Jace.

"Hey you about ready?"

"Yea. Im scared."

"Well dont be mom is coming. " she looked at me and started crying. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"Mom hates me!"

"No she doesn't.  If anything she hates me. Im gay." I rubbed her back. "Now stop crying and come on." I walked out her room and headed downstairs.  Rashad was out with some friends or sumin so. I heard feet dragging and I looked to see my mom. Her hair was in a bun, light make-up,  levi skiny, black vans and her long sleeve black t shirt. she sat down on the couch quietly waiting. She didn't even look at me. Jace came down in sweats.

"Ready?"

"Yes." They both answered me. We got in my car and was out!

At the appointment

"Jace King!" The nurse called. We went back and the did an exam so I waited outside the room but my mom stayed.  I haven't talked to Jalina all week and I miss her but I have so much going on its crazy. I haven't been at school that much this week tryna make money. I walked back in and saw my mom smiling.  They were doing an ultra sound.

"That dot right there is the baby." The doctor said.

"Really?" Jace asked.

"Yup." The doctor cleaned up then waited for jace to get dressed. "So you need to take your meds everyday so that std wint affect the baby. And as you leave the nurse will get you next appointment set up."

"Thank you." Jace said.

"Welcome you ladies have a good day." We left and soon as we got in the car my mom spoke.

"Im mad as hell at both of yall. It hurts my heart to see my babies doing this shit. I raised yall Better. I do not hate yall. I love both of you no matter what but it just hurts right now." And that was that.

Jalina pov

"Why the fuck are you in here?" I yell at james.

"Aye chill on all of that. Mom want you."

"Sorry. " I got out of bed and went to the kitchen where I know my mom is.

"Yes."

"Whats up with you? You been yelling at people like you crazy and got my granbaby crying saying he want his mommy back.  Talk now." I respect my mom and she aint shit to play with.

"July has been ignoring me for about two weeks and I really like her mommy. " I started crying and I never cry over a female.

"Aw baby its ok. Look you need to go see her. See why shes ignoring so you wont be led on." She wiped my face.

"Ok."

"Ok baby."

"Can you take jermain to get his hair cut for me. The money is in my room."

"Sure baby. But make sure you dont be too long. Me and your dad got stuff to handle "

"Alright." I got my keys and left. I pulled up in 20 and I didn't see any lights on or July car. Why isnt she here? I put my head on the wheel getting ready to cry when I heard a car door slam. I looked up and it was Julys mom and sister and her getting out the car. I got out mine and walked up tp them.

"Hey. How are yall?" I said.

"Jalina girl I haven't see you in a while. We need to talk. "Jace said.

"Ok. Can I talk to you?" I asked July.

"Yea come on." I followed her and sumin seem off about all of them. Her mom is not all happy like she usually is. Her mom went right to her room and jace ran to the bathroom.

"Is she ok?" I asked.

"Yes." I sat down on her bed and she sat in a chair of hers. "So whats up?"

"July dont play stupid. Why have you been ignoring me?" She lookes down and then back up at me with sad eyes.

"Look a lot has been going on."

"Baby you can tell me. Im here for you." I told her. A tear rolled down her face. I got up to hug her but she stopped me. "July what did I do? I miss you so much and I wanna make it right."

"Jalina im sorry. Im stressed out. I told my mom im gay and today she said that I really hurt her and that she raisedbme better and that right now she cant. Then to top it off Jace is pregnant and with my mom being mad at us I have been playing mommy." She started crying.

"July its going to be ok. Look let me be here for you and dont ignore me again."

"Ok." I kissee her lips which I missed so much until her mom can in. We jumped apart and I knew I fucked up damn!.

"July..." she couldn't finish. She started crying walking to her room.

"Baby im sorry." I said.

"Its ok look can we go to your house or sumin?"

"Yes."

"Oh and can Jace come?"

"You know she can girl!" I said all ratchet.  She cracked a smile. She got Jace and we headed to my house. I know how she feels. I went through some shit with my friends cause I was gay but I learned that it dont matter what others think if they cant except you for who you are the fuck em!
