"You didn't kiss him!?" Biana screeched at me, reaching out as if she was about to slap me. She didn't though, which I was thankful for.
"Of course I didn't! I met him like one day ago!" I hissed, trying to avoid eye contact with all the people who had looked at us after Biana's scream
"Okay, it was a was two, but whatever. You guys are obviously soul mates! Don't roll your eyes at me, it's a real thing" she crossed her arms
"Ug, Biana, I asked you to be here because I wanted you to tell me that it was crazy and there was no pull and that I need to stop thinking about him" I melted into the table of the coffee shop, trying to disappear
"Sophie, hunny, if you wanted that why In the hell did you ask me to talk to you? You know I ship you two" she reminded me. She had a good point, but she was the only one I could talk to. Mom was at work by now, so I couldn't call her, and Dex and Fitz don't talk about this kind of stuff with me. Plus, I was still really upset with Fitz.
"You do?" I asked her
"You're like, perfect for each other. Anyone who doesn't ship Foster-Keefe is mentally unstable" Biana said it with as much confidence as Dex did when he was talking about chemistry. It almost made be believe it, but I stopped myself before I could.
"Well... what about Fitz? I though you liked me with Fitz?" I was grasping at straws, and both of us knew it
"You don't like him. It's really obvious that you a Keefe like each other" Biana scrunched her nose at the mention of her brother
"I don't like him. He doesn't like me. We're friends" well, at least that's what I had been repeating in my head for the last hour after I had left Keefe's dorm.
"Well, maybe for now. But things change. You know it" Biana took a sip of her hot choco, she never really had one for coffee.
"I know things change. That's all I'll admit to" I agreed
"Good. Now we get you a date" she grinned and I could practically see the ideas forming in her head, now all she needed was the cheesy lightbulb to pop up.
"No, we don't. Now, we get me a muffin and a nice long nap" I told her.

"Sophie, your boyfriends here!" I woke up with a very unflattering snort as Biana called from the door to me, pulling me out of my sleep.
"Keefe?" I asked
"Bingo!" I heard him call
"Why don't you come in?" Biana, that evil child, asked him. I heard some shuffling as I  sat up and finger combed my hair, still blinking heavily. I saw a figure approach out of the corner of my eye, and as I turned I saw Keefe with Biana a little further back. As soon as he took a look at me, he slapped a hand over his mouth. I scrunched my eyebrow, confused. That made his double over as his laughs finally burst out from behind his hand, and I could hear Biana laughing just as hard
"What?" I asked them, slightly scared for their answer
"Look in the mirror" Biana gasped out between breaths. That really scared me, so I raced over to the bathroom, and I immediately knew what they were laughing about. My hair looked like a lions mane, puffed out in all directions and tangled into what resembled a birds nest. Just great. I sprayed a bit of detangler that Biana kept of the bathroom counter into my hair and tried to brush it out. Once I was done, it looked better, but way fluffier then usual.
"Can I help you?" I asked Keefe, who was now sitting on the couch, looking at his phone. I must have been in there for longer then I thought.
"Yes, but a question before you do" he looked at me, and I signaled for him to go on "does that tank top seriously say 'I woke up this awesome'?" He pointed to my shirt, and I was suddenly very self conscious. I crossed my arms if front of myself and blushed
"So what if it does?" I asked
"Then it'd be right" he smirked as my face became an even darker red
"Okay, what do you want?" I prompted
"You left this at my room. Figured you might want it" he held up my small bag by the strap, dangling it above him
"Oh, yeah, thanks" I reached out and tried to take it from him but he moved it out of my reach, smirking
"Go on, take it" his tone was a dangerous one, and his eyes looked like he was ready for a challenge
"Come on, Keefe. This is childish" I moved over to behind the arm of the couch, trying to reach out and grab it once again
"If you want it, come and get it" he sang, taunting my by making it swing on front of me, his body now facing to me. This was annoying, but also kinda cute. I decided to accept his challenge.
"Maybe I WILL" with the last word I lunged forward, toppling over the arm of the couch and landing on top of him. The purse fell to the floor, and I sat up and blushed, looking down to see the awkward position we were in.
"Sorry, I didn't mean...." I trailed off as I rubbed the back of my head, I must've hit it on something because it was slightly sore "I should... probably move..." I put my hand on the top of the couch and the other behind Keefe to rest my hand on the arm, getting ready to get up. His smirk was so wide I almost wanted to slap him, but that was when the door opened.
