I sneak back into my room as the sun is coming up. There's no way I could sleep even if I wanted to I'm to amped from last night.

I get aroused just thinking about Meliodas. I smile as I walk over toy mirror excited to see my mates' mark.

When I see it, I gasp at how beautiful it is. It looks exactly like the mark on his forehead it's much smaller though.

After admiring it for a few minutes, I walk to my closet grabbing a navy blue and gold high neck flowy dress. Tucking my necklace into the dress I leave my room. I walk down the hallway smiling at the guards.

"Have you seen Mael?" I ask a guard.

"Sleeping probably. He had the night shift. I just got here." With that he turns back staring blankly at the wall.

I sigh. No use in getting him out of bed just to follow me around.

"Will you inform Seline that I have errands to run?" Not expecting an answer because I wasn't really asking I walk away.

By the time I get outside and to the edge of our cloud, the sun is up. I decided that I to take a fly above some towns before I head to the Fairy King's Forest.

I decide to take my time with my flight and absorb the land and sights of the human world. The more I see if the humans going about there day the more I wished Meliodas was here with me.

I smile at the thought. He's so kind and gentle with me it's hard to believe he's a dangerous demon. Especially after last night when he held me and caressed my body after every round.

I snap myself out of my thoughts before I could really lose focus and for into something. That's when I felt it.

Death.

Not just one but hundreds. Souls crying out for help as they leave their hosts body. Before I can comprehend what I'm doing, I land at the edge of the forest looking out into the battlefield filled with human bodies. I disable my Goddess powers incase the enemy is still around.

I bring my hands to my mouth to stop the cries of agony from escaping. One of the downsides of being the Goddess of Life. I notice standing in the middle of all the carnage three powerful figures.

"Damn Meliodas! Couldn't you have saved some for us? We barely got to kill any of them!" One of them yells. He's tall and covered in red spikey body armor with three sharp horns on the helmet. His weapon is a staff with a large blade on both ends and is just as intimidating as him.

"Yes brother, I agree with Galand. You seemed very bored and rushed. Is something the matter?" The other one says. His voice sounds similar to Meliodas' and he looks similar but his hair is black and spikey.

Tears are running down my face as I continue to listen.

"They were merely humans. Not a single one worthy or strong enough to fight me if course I was bored." He glances over his shoulder to look at them, "I don't even know why you guys bothered to come if you were going to bitch."

My mark starts to burn. It's almost unbearable and I bite my lip to stop the screams. The tears run faster down my face and my knees grow weak. I collapse on to my hands and knees crying and whimpering. I drop my head not being able to even look in his direction.

He's a monster! He just killed hundreds of people and he's not even phased!

Doubt creeps in and my mate mark is on fire now. My whole body is on fire and not in a good way. I look up to see if they have left so I can let go of the screaming I'm fighting back.

I instantly lock eyes with Meliodas. His eyes widen filling with shock and regret. I shake my head and slowly get to my feet. I take my necklace Meliodas bought me and rip it from my neck dropping it to the ground never breaking eye contact.
