These two are seriously my favorites.

"What do you want for dinner?" I asked Robert as I got out of the shower, "It'll have to be something I can put in the crockpot because I have a study group tonight."

"I'll have something ready when you get home. Just think, after this round of finals you only have two more semesters of grad school and then you can be a stay at home wife. Or specialize."

"I think I'm going to take some time off. Then I can specialize." I put my clothes on and shook out my hair with the towel. "Maybe. I can't decide. I'm never really going to figure out my life, honestly. I'm still in my 20's. I'm married. That's good enough for me."

"So does time off mean we're going to have a baby?"

I laughed, "First off, I am the one having a baby. Two, you have to work for that sweetie." I started to french braid my hair and pushed myself to my tip toes to kiss him before heading out the door to class.

"I love you." He called after me.

"Love you too." I had gotten in the car and started it before I realized I had forgotten something. Robert was waiting at the door with my backpack and tea. This was a recurring thing, especially since I had 8 am classes every day of the week. "You're the best!"

"Don't forget to eat lunch between studying! Call me if you want me to bring you something."

I sped off, trying to get to one of my final classes of the year. It's called dead week because you want to die. Not because you don't have any classes and everywhere on campus is dead except for the library.

Unfortunately, the boys lost out in the second round. I wasn't able to watch many games due to the amount of study groups I was in. It was hard keeping a 3.5 in grad school, but luckily I had my husband to make things a little easier for me.

I think we were both just ready for it to be summer. Even if it was filled with weddings and we weren't able to go anywhere except for Canada. We planned on spending a lot of our time at the lake house in Thunder Bay.

After a long and exhausting day of studying absolutely everything that had to do with psychology, I went home. I walked into the kitchen to find Robert at the stove, cooking in his boxers.

"I can definitely get used to this. What are you making?" I set down my backpack and went to wrap my arms around his stomach.

"Hibatchi noodles."

"Ooh you're the best." I rested my head on his shoulder. "Please put a shirt on while we eat though, you're distracting."

"Does that mean you're putting a bag over your head? Because your beautiful face is distracting." I rolled my eyes, going to the fridge and finding something to drink for the both of us.

"Real cute, Robert. Real cute."

"When are your finals again?"

"Ahh.." I tried thinking of when they were. I didn't have as many as I did during undergrad, but that didn't make it any easier. "Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. All at eight in the morning."

"Sucks for you." He laughed.

"Nope. Just means you get to wake up extra early and make breakfast for me and then be here when I come home so I can take a five hour nap before going back to my study group."

"You act like I'm your husband or something." He set two bowls of noodles in front of us.

"Let's get drunk tonight." I twirled the noodles around my fork before shoving them in my mouth. "I need a break from studying."
