Here are some things that keep me motivated during the school year:
• Education gets you everywhere. I like to think about how doing good in school will affect my future.
• Picture yourself. I picture my life in 10-20 years from now and what will happen if I keep doing good in school.
• Set your goals. I set goals for myself to accomplish and do whatever it takes to get there. I find it a productive way to keep yourself motivated.
• Observe. Watch the people that you want to be like closely. Whether it be a family member, a classmate, someone famous, etc.
• Focus on the long term. Thinking about how doing well in school will help you in the long term is a good way to stay motivated.
• Look up to people. Look up to your classmates that get good grades. But don't spend too much time comparing yourself to them!
