𝗟𝗬𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔 ― a mountainous planet in the Core Worlds. The royal family, the Lyra's, have ruled Lysaria for the past three thousand years. Those in the Lyra family are of the Lyrian species.

𝗟𝗬𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗥𝗢𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗬 ― The Lyra family was the first to arrive on the planet Lysaria and established it as their own. They have been run by a King and Queen for several centuries. The heir of either gender takes over and rules after both the King and Queen have passed. They initially wore crowns as a symbol of their royalty, but for the past centuries, it has been seen as an honor to share the crown and disgraceful to remove.

𝗟𝗬𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦 ― The Lyrian species are known for their distinct angelic features, silver hair, and big blue eyes. They vary in height and general size. Lyrian features are dominant so they are typically passed on throughout generations, although there have been few Lyrians throughout history with different eye or hair color. The planet, Lysaria, has an abundance of Lyrian people, but only the Lyra royal family

𝗟𝗬𝗥𝗔 ― the surname of the Lyrian royal family; Cerelia's mother, Mercilé's maiden name.

When a Lyrian is Force-sensitive, they are sent to Coruscant to be trained where most of them decide to remain for the rest of their lives. Few of the Lyrian royal family have been Jedi, including Gavin Lyra, his daughter Mercilé, and her two daughters, Nadalia Kenobi and Cerelia Kenobi.

Gavin was the heir to the Lyrian throne, but when it was discovered that he was Force-sensitive, he chose to instead go to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, where he eventually served as a Jedi Master. His younger brother, Kaseel, took over the throne as a result until his own death in 19 BBY. The throne was immediately assumed by Mercilé Lyra, who is named Lysaria's new Queen, making her daughters Nadalia and Cerelia Princesses.

Jedi Master Gurrai Lyra fell in love with a civilian by the name of Myri-Ela Jinn, sister of Qui-Gon Jinn. As a result of his disobediance to the Jedi Code, he was demoted from his position as Jedi Master and remained in good standing with the Jedi, but no longer lived in the Temple, instead moving back home to Lysaria to stay with his brother. He brought with him his wife, and together they had a child who they named Mercilé.

Within a year of her birth, it was discovered that Mercilé was Force sensitive and after much debate between her parents, she was sent to train with the Jedi Order as a Youngling. It was there she met Obi-Wan Kenobi. Mercilé eventually became Padawan to her reinstated and finally forgiven father Gavin.

Throughout the events of the prequel movies, Mercilé and Obi-Wan fell in love. Following the tragedies they suffered during the events of "Revenge of the Sith", they both move back to her former home of Lysaria after Obi-Wan gives Luke to his Uncle Owen in Tatooine and Leia to Bail Organa in Alderaan.

There, they were married. Mercilé gave birth to a girl they named Nadalia, nicknamed Nadi, in 19 BBY. Two years later, she had a son they named Jinn, after her uncle and his Master, Qui-Gon. Four years later, Mercilé gave birth to another daughter named Cerelia, in 13 BBY.

The plotline of "A NEW HOPE" occured and Cerelia stayed behind with her mother to take care of her brothers and the remaining Jedi children being trained by her parents on Lysaria as her sister Nadi went with her father to find Luke Skywalker and save Princess Leia Organa. Three years later, the Rebel base formed on Lysaria suffered an attack and subsequent invasion by the Empire. Her mother Mercilé sacrified herself to the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader to allow her family and friends to escape the burning planet on ships.

Those who could not escape were made Imperial slaves, those who refused were slaughter, and those who got out joined the Rebellion. The remaining Lyrians are hunted for bounty issued by what is left of the Empire, including the lost Lyrian Princess, Cerelia, who escaped the planet before she was captured.

Cerelia was separated from her family, assumed dead by her siblings and her friends. She managed to escape Lysaria, not without help, and has been running for the last six years from planet to planet until she was captured by Trawlers who planned to collect the large bounty on her head.

It is then that she met the Mandalorian and their discovery of a little green child makes her begin to think that perhaps her life is taking a turn for the better.
