It's Saturday, no class , no rules to follow, which means it's Rest day!
Maaga ring nawala ang mga kaibigan ko, tanging kami nalang ni Van ang naiiwang magkasama palagi. This past days ganito na ang naging set up, that feeling na pag magkasama nalang kayo close sa isa't-isa pero pag hindi na? Parang Wala nalang din.
What is happening to us? This is not us.
"You're frowning again, Yho. Well, I don't need to guess cause I know why. It's because of our friends, sorry Yho but I'm questioning now myself if do I have to consider them as one of us?"
She said, I can sense the dissapointment and doubt with her voice. But her eyes shows the pain inside.
Gusto ko siyang yakapin, gusto kong sabihin na ganun din ang nararamdaman ko. I know Van, I know the pain and you don't have to cover it with dissapointment nor doubt. Mga kaibigan parin natin sila, kailangan lang nating magtiwala.
Iniwas kong tapunan siya ng tingin.
"We have to trust them Van. We just have to,okay?"
She didn't respond, hinayaan ko nalang muna siya.
Inaya ko si Van na lumabas kasama ko pero gusto daw muna niyang magpahinga. Ako naman,ayaw kong mabored sa dorm kaya I end up here in the Secret Garden. Kung may access lang sana ako sa Glass house for sure nasa loob na ako ngayon.
Gusto ko dun Kasi relaxing unlike dito sa labas, nagkakagulo na nga sa outside school pati rin dito.
"Alone?"
Hindi na ako nagulat sa bigla na naman niyang pagsulpot. Boses pa nga niya alam ko na.
"Not until now."
He laughed,
"I have a job offer to you,want some adventure?"
He said, offer huh? Adventure? Woah,Ito na yata ang hinihintay ko.
"What?"
He smile even wider, ang weird yata ng smile nito. He then grab my wrist at hinila ako papasok sa Glass house. Woah? I guess this is something private mission huh? If that so, I found it really interesting.
"Uhm,how to get the access?"
He just shrugged. Hinila na naman niya ako sa loob.
" Hey!"
Hindi parin,ano ba yan! Ganito na ba ka special ang mga may access nito?
"It's better to remain silent "
Yeah! Nakatulong talaga ang sagot mo Sean.
"Fine!"
Pagdadabog ko pa. Tumawa lang ang gago!
"Listen"
Pinaupo niya muna ako,this time he looks so serious na.
"I already know the cause and cure for this Apocalypse to end."
What he told me gives me a ghostbump. He knows? OMG!
" Really?!"
I tried not to sound excited. Kahit na ang totoo sobrang saya ko na sa wakas God hears my prayers.
"But,it's risky. And only you whom I can trust this matter. Pero ayaw ko rin namang mapahamak ka."
Wala na akong pakialam kong delikado man Ito. Basta mahanap ko lang Ang solusyon sa problema,magiging okay na ako.
"It's now the risk that I'm ready to take,Sean."
We both become silent after that,siguro pareho kaming iniisip. Pareho kaming ang tanging hangad lang ay Ang maayos na ang gulong ito para sa ikatatahimik ng lahat. Naisip ko rin,tama Kaya na magiging selfish ako sa ideyang kahit na Alam Kong delikado eh lalaban parin ako? Paano nalang kong ikapahamak ko nga Ito?
I was back to my senses when the door suddenly open, iniluwa nito si Aihron na mukhang galit. Teka,anong na naman kaya ang nangyari?
"Sabi ko na nga ba, dito lang kita mahahanap. You made me worried,baby."
Ano daw? Baby? Nababaliw naba siya? Ano kayang nakain nito.
"Pinagsasabi mo na naman,Aihron? Ano bang nangyari at ganyan na naman ang mukha mo?"
He stand still and stare at me.
Sunod naman ay tinapunan niya ng matalim na tingin si Sean. Uh ohh! Can smell trouble here.
"Ikaw? Why are you with her again? Not because pinagkakatiwalaan kita na bantayan siya kahapon,gives you the right to come near her again."
" So what? Stop acting like you own her,Mhel. She's not your property!"
" And whose property she is? Yours?! Fool! Akala mo ba Hindi ko alam ang binabalak mo? Ipapahamak mo Lang siya,Sean. You should've think about it first!"
Oh goodness! Kailangan ba talagang Makita ko Ang scene na ito? It's better to stop them at baka saan pa mapunta to. Ang lalaking tao pa naman nila para awatin.
"Stop you two! Can you guyz not fight? Mag-kaibigan naman kayo dati diba? Siguro naman enough na yung mga pinagsamahan niyo. And also,will you stop acting that someone can own me as their property, I'm no one's property! I can go on this mission with or without any of you,now if you'll excuse me? I have to go."
Magwo-walk out na sana ako pero hindi ko pala mabubuksan ang pintuan kong wala akong access. Putek na!
"Uh--uhm,can I get a little help?"
They both look at me,
Napaka-seryoso niyo naman!
" You will not going out. We're not yet done."
Kalmado na niyang sabi ngayon. Nakakainis talaga tong si Aihron.
" Sean? Man to man talk,in private."
Naglakad naman siya palabas ng Glass house,sumunod naman si Sean. OMG? Don't tell me--
"Hey?! You're not planning to just leave me here right? Come on!"
Para naman hangin lang Ang kausap ko dahil hindi sila nakinig at iniwan na nga ako. Urgh! Humanda talaga sila sakin!
It's been an hour na nung bumalik si Sean sa loob. Bakit siya Lang? Where's Aihron?
"What happened?"
I ask right away,
"I'm sorry,Yho. But I'm cancelling this mission with you."
Nagulat naman ako sa sinabi niya, Cancelled? Why the hell did his mind suddenly change?
"What? Hell no,Sean!"
Nakakainis lang kong paano siya magbago agad ng isip.
"I'm sorry,Yho. But what I found out is far from what I expected this mission will be."
Ano bang sinasabi kasi niya?
" Explain to me then. Damn it! We can't just let this chance to pass Sean, buhay ng lahat Ang nakasalalay dito! We should destroy the enemies that could lead us after to find the cure! Please?"
Kung pwede nga lang lumuhod ako sa harapan niya gagawin ko. I cannot just let this chance to be wasted. The people need help. Therefore, I also need to find the cure no matter what distractions it could be.
"If you can't help me-- I'll be on this mission on my own. Salamat nalang."
Hindi ko na hinintay pa ang sasabihin niya. Iniwan ko na lang siya doon.
Words can deceived you and indeed it's true, that's what I hate about someone, they say words which they never meant to from the first place. Cowards!
Nabigo man akong nakahanap ng kakampi,but it's doesn't mean I will give up right away. I will find the cure. By destroying the enemies. And that's what I'm going to do.
