CHANGE
They said.
That nothing in this world is Permanent.
Everything is just Temporary.
Every little thing has its ending.
But Change will remain constant as it has to be.
Today is my one week of having this position as the SSG's Secretary. Which is just part of my plan. May mga nadiskubre din akong information but still needed for confirmation. Ayaw ko na ikapahamak ko lang to at ng mga taong infected na ng virus including the people who need help of protection, safety. And I cannot bear to take any risk of information especially if it will lead them into danger.
Despite of that is the chances of getting to know him more. Iwan ko ba, after that incident ng pagkawala ko sa gubat parang may nagbago na sa kanya. He is now more open to me, he even brought me to that native house kung saan siya lang, ang kauna-unahang SSGP ang nakakaalam. He told me that he implement that rule, he build that house where he use to stay Everytime his not around.
Also, mas naging close na rin kami. Hindi na siya yung dating nakakatakot na Aihron, Hindi na siya yung bossy. He change tho but not completely. He is still protecting his position, serious with his rules and kung paano niya pamunuan ang buong school. Para sa iba hindi daw siya nagbago, siguro maluwag nga lang but he is still the King that everybody knows, everybody encountered,everybody is afraid of,and everybody don't want to mess with.
"Sorry I'm late!"
She immediately said when she sits beside me. Kahit kailan talaga hindi na naging early to pagdating sa meet up namin.
"Always kaya Van!"
Sumimangot lamang ang gaga sakin. Snob mo ko ha?
" Sorna Kasi! May ginawa lang ako. "
"Importante pa ba yun kaysa sakin?"
Kunwari nagtatampo ako.
" Grabe to! Tumigil ka nga! "
Kunwari pa kasi alam ko namang di niya ako matitiis.
" Bumawi ka muna? "
May inilabas naman siyang chocolates sa bag niya. Yung paborito ko pa talagang toblerone!
"OMG! Thank you!"
Parang bata na ako dito na lumulundag sabay yakap sa chocolates na hawak ko.
Tumawa naman siya sa naging reaksyon ko at napakamot nalang ng batok. Eh sa favorite ko to tsaka may period ako ngayon kaya naman sobrang nag crave talaga ako.
"Upo ka nga! May seryoso tayong pag-uusapan"
I look at her only to find out na mukhang seryoso nga siya. Kinabahan tuloy ako.
I sit beside her. Tumikhim muna siya bago nagsalita.
"Yho,bakit ka pumasok sa bagay na alam naman nating ayaw mo?"
I know what's she's trying to point out. I can feel dissapointment from the tone of her voice. I can't blame her, I made this decision all alone.
"I'm sorry,Van. Ayaw ko lang madamay ka pa."
Matalim na titig ang pinukol niya sakin.
" Nagiging selfish ka na naman Yho? Di ka naba natuto sa nangyari sa friendship nating anim? They wasted your sacrifices! "
She's right. Siguro nga hindi na ako natuto. Pero ibang usapan na itong ginagawa ko.
" This is different Van, I'm doing this for the people."
" Really? "
Hindi makapaniwala.
" What about him? Pati ba siya Yho ginagamit mo lang din?"
