The sounds of screaming filled Jean's ears, the loud footfall from those smiling monsters shook buildings and the ground. Jean's eyes narrowed, the intense gaze got worse.
"Stay with me Marco." he said to no one in particular, before rushing off to help, the sounds of the 3D maneuver gear echoed, just failing to drown out the sorrowed filled screams. In his front pocket of the jacket he wore, the Survey Corps. emblem protected a piece of torn cloth, and charred bone. He protected Marco, even after he couldn't.
