changbin nodded and walked back to his friends.

hyunjin breathed a sigh of relief as the weight lifted off his shoulders.

he didn't want to keep lying to seungmin that he loved changbin.

"so you finally realised what was good for you. should've broken up with him long ago."

hyunjin turns around as seungmin appears in his line of sight.

"i didn't love him. couldn't care less too."

he shrugs nonchalantly.

seungmin sighs.

"will you be my best man for the wedding? i have no other friend as close to me as you."

a burst of emotion spread through hyunjin.

best man.

wedding.

that's right... seungmin was getting married. how could he have let this slip off his mind?

he forces a smile.

"sure... i'll be your best man."

it's all hyunjin can do to suppress the raw pain eating at him from inside out.
