((A/N: Finally an update. Sorry I've been busy oof.))

We finally arrived at Katsuki's own Homeland, I could tell because I heard the happy voices around me. It was an exhausting month overall getting there, so rather than immediately dive into another wedding ceremony - they let us get settled in and sleep for a while. During the time of my sleeping - I swear I was clinically dead because I slept for 11 hours straight. Then when the time came for me to wake up, my head felt like nails where pounding into it. I yelped and Izuku came rushing in to see me, I could tell between his footsteps and someone else's now that I've been around him enough "a-are you okay? Everyone w-was worried that you might have died..."

It was too early for this bullshit, so I took my pillow and threw it at the direction of his voice "I HATE EVERYTHING."

Izuku didn't have a chance to respond before the pillow connected to his face, making him give a slight 'oof' noise. He then grew concerned "what's wrong?"

Not wanting to actually concern him, I just shrugged "nothing! I'm just not a morning person... And I was exhausted. Where's Katsuki and Shoto?" Now that I realized it, it was far too quiet for my liking. I know Izuku was here, but I was worried about the boys ripping each other apart again because of how fucking cranky they got during the travels here.

When he gave me a reply, I felt a wave of relief wash over me "they went to go talk with Lord Katsuki's mother. She found out about S-Shoto and grew worried. It should be f-fine from what I hear though. But they do want you to get dressed and eat with his mother, Lady Mitsuki."

Meeting my new mother-in-law was scarey, especially since I never asked for this situation. Once I made myself get up - I heard Izuku's voice "it'll be okay really... She's actually nice!"

Knowing it was my time to vent to someone that I can trust - I stated "Honestly, what am I expecting? He's so forceful... I'm just scared that he took it after his mom. What if she doesn't like me?"

He tried a few dresses on me, but I was too distracted by all the thoughts running through my mind to care - so I trusted his judgement on what was right for me "trust me... I met her. She's amazing! Really!"

That made me smile, at least I knew that Izuku was going to comfort me. For once it was nice to be able to rely on a male "Shoto and Katsuki are great but... I'm petrified of them." Izuku quickly agreed, that's when he finished getting me ready for the meeting he took my hand and lead me to a set of large doors that where like 10 minutes or so by walking from my room - meaning this place was huge.

A large set of doors opened, the bump made it sound like wood. I bowed as I heard Mitsuki speak "hello there, you're my new daughter - (Y/N) it is?"

Nodding yes, I grew nervous with a lump in my throat "y-yes ma'am..."

She sensed I was nervous, then walked up to me and pat my head to calm me down "it's okay! Don't bow to me. I didn't think my son would get such a polite girl.~ call me mom by all means."

Her aura was genuine, and she smelt like cinnamon and burnt wood - it was nice "okay mom.~ um... Mind showing me to the table Izuku?"

As Izuku went to lead me to the table, Mitsuki gave a surprising response "You may go Izuku, I'll do it myself. It's only polite on my end." Izuku walked out after bowing to go attend to chores around the castle - or so I was told.

Once at the table, I felt for the silverware and sniffed. It was my favorite food, but did she know that? If so... How? Maybe Izuku told her ahead of time "so um... What did you wish to discuss with me?"

Fearing the worst, I shivered a bit in my own seat "well well, you got another man other than my son too, let's start off with that story. I wanna hear your side too."

I had every right to be nervous, but she needed to know if she was going to allow me to be married with her son. That said, I told her everything "...and that's how this came about." That's when the room went silent.

She gave me a bit of a silent moment, taking it all in I suppose "so you did it to protect everyone and stop a war? How Noble of you. Well, seems my son is married to a hero.~"

She had a very happy tone to her voice "hero? I wouldn't go that far...but thank you I guess."

She and I had a long chat about what her son was like, and she certainly wasn't the one Katsuki got all the anger issues from. Leaving the room rather happy after such a large meal made me feel super relaxed. When I left, Izuku came back by my side "h...how did the meeting go?"

My happy aura gave it away "it went amazing! His mom is better than I expected."

I turned towards Katsuki's voice "I'm glad that you like the old hag." He sounded rude, but I wasn't in the spot to put him in his place.

Giving the biggest smile I could, kill them with kindness as they say "she's actually rather nice, and told me to call her mom. Where's Shoto?"

Seems like I pissed him off by asking that, because he gave a grumpy answer "he's off training or something. we have to get ready for the wedding dammit, don't worry about that half and half bastard."

Walking away with Izuku, I just sighed and nodded before going back to my room - Katsuki went off to care for royalty duties. When I walked in, I heard Shoto's voice "you're going to dress to my liking, so I'll be helping you instead of Izuku." He stated while sound even more grumpy than Katsuki.
