Todoroki POV

Midoriya still hasn't woken up, and I heard that Iida and Bakugo were about to fight so I went back to the spectators seats. Once i got over there i saw everyone look towards me. "Todoroki your back, are you okay?" I looked over to see Momo waiting for my answer. "Yeah I'm fine I swear, but Midoriya got it worse than me." I took my seat next to Momo and looked into the ring to see Bakugo and Iida take their position.

I try my best to hear what they were saying. "Alright I'm not gonna hold my punches Iida." Bakugo then took a stance as explosions crackled across his hands. "I wouldn't have it any other way Bakugo." Iida then took a stance as the boosts in his leg started to let off blue flames.

Iida made the first move as he boosted forward breaking the ground whenever he went over it. Making himself go faster he boosted behind Bakugo and kicked him in the side making him fly over to the edge of the arena, but Bakugo used his explosions to keep himself in the arena.

Bakugo then made the next move charging at Iida and using a big explosion to get close to him, but before he could strike Iida dodged and countered with a hard kick to Bakugo's legs making him trip. Bakugo then used his explosions to fly him up into the air and turned around and started to use explosions to make him fly around in the form of an explosive tornado. "HOWITZER IMPACT!!!" The explosion shook the arena as a huge smoke screen was put up. The camera that was flying around the arena turned on its thermal view, so people could see what was going on in there. I could see that Bakugo was constantly keeping the smokescreen up by constantly exploding. The crowd didn't quite like that so they began to, boo Bakugo. Aizawa came to his rescue by showing what was really going on without revealing it to Iida. "Havent you people figured it out yet, he's using the explosions as a way to beat Iida." He was right Bakugo is going to use the smoke as a way to predict Iida's moves.

Bakugo POV

I just have to keep this smokescreen up for a while. Once he makes his move I'm going to use it against him. I listened for awhile I heard the sound of heavy footsteps and I saw the smoke part infront of me. I was ready I saw Iida look up with surprise as he was met with my hand. "HAND GRENADE!!" I used all the power I had and blew it up into Iida, creating another smokescreen. Slowly the smoke parted and I saw Iida still standing in the ring. I got myself ready as I saw Iida charge up his boosters. "Recipro Burst!" I saw him almost dissapear because he was so fast. I put my hands to the ground and jumped while blasting an explosion below me propelling me upwards while I watched Iida get hit by my explosion. While I was still in the air I used my explosions to go to him. He was on the ground, once I was above him I went to blast him, but he was faking being knocked out. I felt him kick me hard in the stomach, but before I got flung away I threw my hand forward which flung sweat on his face I then exploded the sweat I still had on my palms which exploded his face knocking him back. I saw that he lost his glasses in the explosions. I went ahead and pushed him off the ring. "BAKUGO WINS!!" Once that was announced I helped Iida find his glasses which were destroyed, but he somehow pulled a glasses case from his suit and put on a new pair. "I always go prepared no matter where I go." As he walked off I tried to comprehend where he pulled out those glasses.

Midoriya POV

I woke up to feel pain everywhere I looked around to see I was in a medical room. I felt pain in every part of my body, trying to move hurt pretty bad. I really should not have went overboard on Todoroki. I heard lound snoring from a different corner of the room I looked over to see Endeavour asleep, I'm glad that he tried being a father for once I remembered the last match when he told Todoroki that it was okay to give up. I then heard another person sleeping this time closer
I turned my head to see Uraraka resting her head on the edge of my bed. I wonder how long she had been there I heard footsteps come from the hallway then the door opened to see some people from the class including Todoroki and Bakugo. "Oh hey guys is the festival over already?" I saw Todoroki come to the front. "Yeah it ended a while ago, Bakugo ended up winning." I looked up and smiled at Bakugo as he stood next to Todoroki. "So is anyone gonna mention the elephant in the room or am I going to be the one to say it." Mina pointed to Uraraka who was still sleeping. Endeavour had woken up and looked towards us then looked at me. "Hey, you kids leave them alone I need to talk to Midoriya and Shoto alone preferably." Everyone left except me, Todoroki, and Uraraka who was asleep still. "The reason I wanted to talk to you is because, I wanted to thank you Midoriya, you opened my eyes to what I have done, and from now on I'm going to do everything in my power to make it up to you." I saw Todoroki flinch from the words, and I stayed there with a stone face. "You may not ever forgive me Shoto, but even if you dont I'm still going to try and make it up to you and your brothers and sisters as well as your mother." I saw Todoroki try and take in all the new information that he was given while Todoroki wasn't looking at him, I gave Endeavour a thumbs up at which he gave me a small grin. "Well I have to leave my break is over and I have to return to hero work, I'll see you when you get home Shoto." With that Endeavour walked out, I turned to Todoroki to see how he was handling the information.
