In Kuoh lives a boy by the name of Y/n, He's just your average boy who goes to a school run by the supernatural. but what happens when one Professor arrives to see him specifically?
This chapter begins in the Ruins of Zanado, the Red Canyon. a set of Ruins located in the Oghma Mountains that has recently been occupied by bandits. but not for long as the Monastery has sent a team consisting of Byleth, Y/n, Artoria, and the Black Eagles of the Adrestian Empire to Eliminate all Bandits within the Ruins.
Edelgard: "So this is the Red Canyon... A ruin of sorts by the look of it. Let's end this quickly. The thieves Must have been driven back. Be careful, or the cornered mice might bite us"
Some shouting could be heard in the distance but the students were too far away to hear what was being said and then Edelgard spoke up again
Edelgard: "Professor... I hear there's a back road to the West. Why don't we split up and attack from both the west and the front? if we advance tactfully, we can attack our enemy from both sides. I leave the rest for you"
Byleth: "Very well, Let's Move forward"
Upon hearing the order, Y/n was the first to move towards the bridge that was in front of them but he couldn't advance any further due to the other end being blocked by two Bandits wielding Large battleaxes
Y/n: "Artoria, you get the one on the left, I'll take the Right"
Artoria: "Leave it to me!"
Artoria then Rushed towards the Bandit that was on the left and Proceeded to Cut him down with her sword While Y/n Used one of his Tomes to Launch a Spell known as Cutting Gale a Wind spell which When cast, waves of compressed air masses will congregate in front of the caster before being unleashed upon the enemy target in a crescendo of air surges.
Once the two bandits were Dealt with, Edelgard Ran past Y/n and Artoria and towards another Bandit that this time was wielding a Sword and she raised her axe above her head and brought it down before the Bandit could do anything and Cleaved his head in two, the bandit dropping dead immediately and Scoring her first kill
Edelgard: "Regrettable...But there was no other way"
The next person to rush forward was Caspar who was wielding a pair of Gauntlets as he struck down another Bandit that was wielding a sword like the bandit before, earning his first kill
Caspar: "Are all real battles this exciting? Come on, Let's get on to the next one!"
One of the Bandits then started Rushing towards the students while shouting
Bandit: "We stole this treasure! It's all ours! There's no way we're gonna give it up to some knights!"
The Bandit then attacked Caspar with an Axe and managed to land a hit on Caspar's Arm but then Caspar countered it with a Strike to the chest seriously injuring the bandit but not killing him. But that didn't last long as the Bandit was struck with a Bolt of Lightning from None other than Dorothea, Turning the bandit into a Charred Corpse, Also earning her first kill
Dorothea: "So, is making us experience a real battle part of the churches teachings?"
The next person to make their way towards the enemy Was a student by the Name of Petra Macneary the heir to the kingdom of Brigid's throne
