Part 31

No POV 

We start this chapter a couple of days after our last chapter as we see the students of the three different houses leaving class and spot Y/n as he finished packing up his satchel that housed his tomes and notes but as he turned to leave, he then stopped when he heard someone call out to him 

Byleth: "Y/n, can I have a moment of your time?" 

Turning around, Y/n was met with Byleth as she was standing by her desk while Sothis was sitting on the desk and so Y/n nodded his head as he approached his teacher 

Y/n: "Of course Professor, what did you need?" 

Byleth: "Thank you Y/n, I was wondering if you'd like to join us for some tea while we ask you some questions?" 

Y/n: "I think I'd like that, lead the way Professor"

Byleth: "Thank you, do you have a preferred flavor of tea?" 

Y/n: "Any is perfectly fine with me, choose whatever you want"

Byleth then nodded her head in gratitude for accepting the request while Sothis smirked and the three left the classroom and made their way down to near the Dining Hall, stopping at a small garden and sitting under a Gazebo as Byleth quickly left to retrieve a kettle and two teacups before coming back with the items as she poured a cup of tea for the two of them 

Grabbing his cup and thanking the Professor, Y/n took a moment to smell the pleasant aroma that emanated from the cup as he recognized the flavor 

Y/n: "This is Chamomile, is it not?" 

Byleth: "Yes it is, have you had it before?" 

Y/n: "I have, It's one of Rhea's favorites. But anyway, what would you two like to talk to me about?" 

Byleth: "First of all, I was wondering how you're feeling after what transpired a couple of days ago?" 

Y/n: "Oh, I see, well I'm feeling much better now that I'm back here, thank you for asking" 

Byleth: "You're welcome, Y/n" 

Sothis: "I see that you managed to bring someone back with you too" 

Y/n: "Yes, Jeanne d'Arc. Another person from that other world, the same one my kidnappers originated from" 

Sothis: "Yes, those troublesome people, well I hope you plan on being more careful now that there's people chasing you. I don't want you doing anything that will put you or Byleth at risk, if she dies, I die. Got it?" 

Y/n: "Understood, I apologize for any worry that was caused with my absence" 

The harsh look on Sothis' face soon faded away at hearing those words as she gave a warm smile 

Sothis: "I suppose I can let you off with a warning this time" 

Byleth: "How go your studies? Are you having any difficulties with the subjects?" 

Y/n: "No, everything is fine. I've already caught up on my studies and I'm now practicing my spell crafting" 

Byleth: "Spell Crafting?" 

Y/n grabbed his satchel as he grabbed the Black Tome with a purple crystal on the cover as he placed it on the table 

Y/n: "You see, when I was a little younger, I was able to create my own variations of spells, even improve on already existing ones to make them stronger or increase their effective ranges and so I've been writing them all down in this Tome of mine" 

Byleth: "Was that what caused your accident?" 

Y/n: "No, that was because I messed up a teleportation spell"
