One month later.

"Jojo!" Hiujin said as she wrapped her arms around her sister. 

"Hiujin... I need to tell you something..." Jojo said. 

"What is it?" She asked, unwrapping her arms from Jojo and looking into her eyes. 

"I saw Sunoh cheating..." Jojo said.

Hiujin's heart broke. "D-Don't play with me like this..." She stuttered as her eyes welled up with tears. "You better not be playing with me." Hiujin's voice began to get more harsh as she tried to fight back the tears. But she completely broke down when she saw Jojo shake her head.

"I'm sorry Hiujinnie..." Jojo said as she hugged her sister protectively. 

"What's going on here...?" Sunoh said as he walked towards the two.

Hiujin hugged her sister back tightly and cried into her shoulder. Her chest was hurting when she heard his voice.

"You should know Sunoh." Jojo said, harshly as she glared at him. 

"I should know what...?" Sunoh said cluelessly. 

Hiujin let go of Jojo and took a small step back, sniffling. She turned and looked up at Sunoh, her cheeks wet with tears. "D-Did you cheat on me?" She said, more tears welling in her eyes. 

Sunoh's breath hitched. "I didn't Hiujin. You have to believe me! I would never cheat on you!" He said. "I rang your alarm. Does that not mean anything to you?" He said.

"Maybe the alarm was wrong... Maybe it was meant to ring for someone else..." Hiujin said softly before slowly walking away. 

"Hiujin!" Sunoh called out to her, but she ignored him and kept walking.

"Hey Sunoh- What happened?" Hyeyeong said as he saw the state that Sunoh was in. His hair was a mess, his eyes were red and puffy, his cheeks stained with dried tears. 

"I-I accidentally kissed someone else... A-And she knows... She hates me Hyeyeong... S-She hates me now..." Sunoh stuttered as he sniffled. 

"You what?" Hyeyeong said angrily, his hands clenched into fists. "Oh Sunoh... You screwed up..." He said. 

"I know..." He said, letting his head hang. 

"Well, now you could maybe have a chance with Jojo now. I know you like her more than Hiujin. I see it." Hyeyeong said and walking out of the house, leaving Sunoh speechless. 

He stuffed his hands in his black trench coat as he walked along the streets of Seoul. He stopped at an intersection, waiting for the light to turn green so he could walk. He looked across the street and saw Hiujin standing there. His eyes widened slightly. 

Hiujin's eyes widened and her breath hitched as she caught Hyeyeong's gaze. 

Once the light turned green, Hyeyeong walked across the street to her. Hiujin stood there, frozen at the sidewalk. Once he got to her, he wrapped his arms around her. "I'm sorry about him..." He said. 

Tears developed in her eyes again as she knew what he meant. 

"D-Don't be..." She said, hugging him. She felt safe in his arms, like nothing could ever hurt her again.

"Hey, you want to take a walk with me in the park?" He said, as he pulled away slightly.

Hiujin looked up at him and nodded, giving him a small smile.

Hyeyeong took her hand in his and began to walk with her, smiling widely. His heart was racing. But he knew he had to give her time before he could confess to her again.
