Classmates Days Part 2

Chapter 88: Julia, Daily Shopping!

                       Time to set up my shop for another fun day! I always make sure my store is filled with the recent supplies and items for others to enjoy and use for their studies and having fun with their friends!

"Are you ready?" Temi asked with a yawn as she walked into the cafeteria with our coffees.

I took my cup as I smiled at my best friend. Today was going to be a good day. I could feel it. Nina had the Dreamers train outside of our world today, so that the damages to the school wouldn't rack up too high. Thank goodness they did that. Now, we don't have to worry about anything destructive happen today!

"Oh, we are out of these items. Can you run to the store and get the items?" Temi asked as she handed me a list.

I examined it closely and then nodded my head. This list is a bit long, but we did need to maintain business somehow. I flicked my wand and teleported myself to the market. Since this list is a bit long too, I decided to call for help.

"Daisy! I need a little bit of an assistance here please!" I called out loudly as I pointed my wand at my throat so that no one could hear me.

In a flash of purple light, Daisy appeared next to me. I handed her the list and had her look over it.

"Well, this shouldn't be too hard to find" Daisy reasoned, "We should be able to do this in less than an hour"

I nodded my head as the two of us went our separate ways and went to get the needed items. As we walked around the store and took the necessary items, I noticed that the heartless running around with the missing items!

"Hey! Give that back!" I shouted as I chased after the heartless.

I needed that box of chocolates for this Valentine's day! That is going to make us rich this year! I flicked my wand to transport the remaining goods to Daisy as I went after the shadow heartless. I just don't understand why this heartless wanted this item!

"Fira!" I shouted as I cast a powerful orb of fire at the heartless.

The heartless dove into the shadows with the item as the fire ball hit the group of cereal boxes! I jumped back, but I slide on the ground and towards the fire! I screamed, but I was surrounded in a green light.

"Julia! Run!" Daisy shouted urgently.

I picked myself up and quickly ran away. Daisy placed the goods on the ground as she then cast a water spell over the fire. I sighed in relief.

"What were you thinking?!" Daisy shouted at me as she went to my aid.

"I needed that item for my store! That is the hot ticket item!" I shouted urgently.

Daisy sighed as she pondered something.

"Well, we can't have a heartless running around here either. We have to get it. Let's catch the heartless while we get the rest of our goods" Daisy reasoned seriously.

I thanked her for her help. The two of us then ran towards the next alley to get the next item which was a whole lot of toothpaste. As Daisy took the toothpaste, I cast my wind to make sure I could cast a spell on the heartless when he gets near us.

"Almost done. Get the shampoo" Daisy said as I walked towards it.

As I took the shampoo from the shelf, the heartless jumped out and landed on my face! I screamed as Daisy prepared to cast another spell towards the heartless. However, she couldn't, because the heartless was on my face!

"Get it off! Get it off! GET IT OFF!" I exclaimed as I tried to shove the heartless off me.

As I tried to pull this heartless off, the heartless dropped the hot ticket item!

"Never mind! Get the item!" I shouted seriously as I wrestled with the shadow heartless.

Daisy was a bit hesitate to leave me here alone. She shook her head as she then pushed the heartless off of my face! I fell down and looked at her in shock. Daisy then cast a powerful ball of fire towards the shadow heartless. In one hit, the shadow heartless was defeated with ease.

"Thank you for that" I said with relief as I picked myself up.

"It was nothing, but never put your life over an object. I am sure we can always find another hot ticket item" Daisy said calmly, "Your life is more important than a simple object"

I sheepishly smiled at her. She is right about that, but I was more focused on the money and how much money we were going to get from these goods. We both stood up and looked around at the damaged we caused. I picked up a few damaged goods and took it with me. As for Daisy, she did find the hot ticket item in the wreckage of the store. We proceeded to check out when I received a text from Temi.

"Oh, we are going to need another hot ticket item, because we are going to be rich!" Temi's text said with delight.

As Daisy finished paying, she looked over my shoulder and saw the text.

"Are you sure you want to go through this again?" she asked unamused at the request we were given.

"Relax! It was just the one heartless! I am sure there won't be another. We did get a few extra cash as well. We should be able to get the second hot ticket item with no problem!" I reassured her as I went to another alley to get the second best prize.

I easily picked out the needed item and then made my way back to the check-out ally. Of course, another heartless jumped out and snatched the item from me! I groaned in frustration as I chased the heartless down to get the item back.

"Wait for me outside, Daisy! I'll get the item and pay for it!" I shouted urgently.

"Are you sure this is all worth it?!" Daisy called out to me.

"Yes! I need the money for college!" I shouted back to her and continued to cast magic at the heartless.

After about 3 hours, I did defeat the heartless and get the second hot ticket item. I was at the shop and handed it to Temi as Daisy placed the rest of the goods. I was so tired though.

"You're handling the grocery shopping next time" I said to her as I laid my head on the desk as the many young men rushed towards our stand to get a gift.

The only upside to this is that I will be making a ton of money for my college fund. It is always good to start saving early for the school you want to go to as well as shopping for the many goods you want.
