To say that not having a big sister around school to help wouldn't be different is a lie. Nerissa, Jami, Gwen, Julianna, and Joshua were mainly experiencing this. Though, Nina, Jodi, Logan, and Jesa were nervous about going to college, they were ready to go and experience their world and what it has to offer to them. As for their younger siblings, they were handling this very differently than their older siblings would imagine.
"I finally get her room!" Joshua exclaimed in delight as he ran to his former big sister's room.
Julianna was watching him with Ray behind her. Bark was helping him by taking his belongings into her room. Although, it didn't surprise either of them that he got the room, it did annoy everyone about this.
"How long is he going to be like this?" Ray asked nervously.
"Give it either an hour or a couple of days. It honestly depends if he likes the room" Juliana answered annoyed.
She really wished Jesa would come back for five minutes and knock some sense into Joshua. Well, she decided to go to her room and rest up a bit before tomorrow's class. Ray followed her as Bark stayed with Joshua to make sure he was settled in.
"This is so great! Her room is much bigger than mine! I wonder why" Joshua shouted as he began to unpack and place his belongings in the room, "I know why! She's a Dreamer and needed to be on the move in case anything happened! Sheesh!"
Bark rolled his eyes at him. Joshua then noticed the color scheme in the room. He shook his head at it as he held his wand up.
"Seriously? Purple? I never understood why she picked that color. I'm just grateful she didn't take pink. Now, time for a color change!" Joshua said as he waved his wand to make Jesa's purple color themed room change to a red themed room.
Joshua was satisfied with this. He then waved his wand to make the process of putting his belongings away go much faster. Joshua opened a desk to find a note from his big sister.
Dear little, annoying brother of mine,
I knew you would be the one to get my room. Well, this is the room of a Dreamer who is always on the move. You know, trying to save the world and make sure my younger siblings didn't have to do anything. Never say I didn't do anything for you and Julianna.
Now, enough of the teasing. This letter was from Jiwon's spell book. She enchanted it as well. If you and Julianna need me for something that is completely dire and life threatening, write my name down and I will appear. This is only used for emergencies!
Lastly, I hope you enjoy your last two years with your friends. College, or whatever you choose to do, is something else. You will have to stand on your own and face the world by yourself. Though, you can still communicate with your friends, you will have to find your place in the world and do what you can. Have a good year! Don't do anything Nina and I would do!
From,
Jesa
Did she seriously have to write something like this? What does she think is going to happen to them now that she is at college? Nothing bad is going to happen, right? As Joshua was putting things away, he went outside to place a chair on the small patio, he knocked over a small, purple pot to the ground. It shattered on the ground.
"Crap! Well, I better get that cleaned up. Otherwise, it will just be nagging at me for the rest of the day" Joshua groaned as he went to find a trash bag and broom to clean up his mess.
