"Look, a cave. We can get our stuff from our dorm rooms and bed down in here." Blaise points ahead.
"Is it really a good idea to go back to the training centre?" Carley asks. "What if we get caught?"
"If we get caught then we run like hell." Cyril from the USA declares.
"Seriously?" I sigh.
"Why not?" Ty' shrugs. "It's our stuff!"
"True." Alexis nods.
"Well I'm not doing it!" Gwen snorts a laugh.
"Who cares! Let's be like NINJAAAAASSSSS!" Ty' exclaims.
"NINJAASSS!" Cyril from the USA and Oliver echo Ty's words.
"Once we're in the cave, go ahead and be ninjas. Get our stuff and bring it up here. I'm pretty sure we'll all have things that will help us out. Annie has those blades."
"You mean those genuine blades that her dad made her?" Lexi asks Blaise. The 'generbent goldilocks' nods his head.
"Who's coming then?" Ty' asks.
"Me." Oliver and Cyril wave their arms happily.
"That's not enough people. You'll need one or two more people. Maybe even three."
"I would suggest having some very swift 3DMG users go with you." Gwen speaks up. "Kira, could you....oh...right...she didn't come..."
"It's okay Gwen." Durc puts a hand on the short girl's shoulder.
Alexis sighs.
"We might find people who will side with us and flee with us too. We'll need a negotiator." she states.
"Who would be our negotiator?"
"Erm..." Lexi looks across the group. She looks around.
There really aren't many of us. Me, Zada, Carley, Brad, Durc, Blaise, Ty', Lexi, Gwen, Oliver and Cyril. And that's it.
We need a small group but we need to be a unified team. Is Isis still alive? Is Kira? Would Dylan ever consider the idea of being discharged?
"I can't fucking believe this." Ty' stomps her foot. "This is outrageous. How many times did we go out there and save our fellow trainees' butts! How many times did we cheat death to help others yet none of them came after us! Came to help us! Believed in us!"
"Ty' it's alright. Our small numbers will keep us strong."
