John and Rebecca stayed in John's hometown for four weeks before they decided it was time to go home.

They enjoyed having help with the twins, but they really wanted to get a routine going with the twins.

Rebecca: Are you sure you want to go home?

John: Of course, I know you miss your bed and being in our house. I really appreciate you letting us stay for this long and letting my father and brother bond with the boys.

Rebecca: I've enjoyed getting to know your dad and brother, and the girls have had so much fun with their cousins.

John: I should go to talk to my dad.

Rebecca: Can you help me change them first?

John: Sure.

John picked up Mason and Rebecca got Caleb they brought them over to the bed and started to change them, once they were done and the boys were dressed they put them back in their bassinets.

John went downstairs to talk to his dad while Rebecca got dressed.

John walked into the kitchen and saw his dad pouring some coffee.

John: Hey dad, can we talk for a second?

Don: What's on your mind, John.

John: Rebecca and I have been talking, and we have decided to go back to New York in a few days.

Don: You've only been here for four weeks are you sure you're ready to leave.

John: Yeah, we want to get a routine going with the boys, and I have to get back to work, I think it's time for us to go.

Don: Well, I'll miss all of you, but if you feel you are ready then, I'll help you pack.

John: Thanks, dad.

John and Don shared a hug before Don went back to his coffee, and John went back upstairs to see Rebecca.

When John walked into the room, he found Rebecca folding her clothes and putting them in her suitcase.

Rebecca: Hey, how did it go with your dad?

John: It went well, I could tell he was sad that we are leaving, but he said he would help us pack.

Rebecca: That's great how did Ron take it?

John: I haven't talked to him yet.

Rebecca: Well, you have to tell him I know it will be hard since you guys are getting along so well.

John: He is going to be crushed, he loves spending time with the boys and the girls are going to be sad as well.

Rebecca: I promise we will have them come and visit once we are settled back home.

John: You're the best.

John was about to start helping his wife pack when Caleb started to cry.

Rebecca: I think he is hungry.

John: I'll go make a bottle.

John was about to walk out when Ron walked in with a bottle in his hand.

Ron: Is someone hungry?

John: I was just about to get a bottle.

Ron walked over and picked Caleb up and started to feed him.

John just smiled as he watched his brother bond with Caleb; it was going to be hard to tell Ron they were leaving in a few days.

John: Hey, Ron, while you're here, I have something I want to tell you.

Ron: What's up?

John: Rebecca and I are going to be leaving in a few days we want to get back to New York and start a routine with the boys.

Ron: That's great, I'm happy for you guys, I'll miss you, but I think getting back to normal is great.

John: Thanks, and once we are settled, we will have you all out to visit.

Ron: Sounds great; let's get you guys all packed up.

John and Ron got started on packing things up while Rebecca fed Mason.

Two days later Rebecca, John and the boys were all ready to go Ron gave them a ride to the airport they had said goodbye to Don at the house the girls stayed with Don so that Ron could give them a ride.

The flight to New York went surprisingly well; the boys slept for most of the flight, and Rebecca was even able to rest for a little bit.

When they got back to the house, the first thing John did was put the cribs together Rebecca took the boys to her room and laid them on the bed, she made sure they were safe then stared to unpack their bags.

John got the cribs together and put them in the nursery that wasn't finished yet. After he finished, he went to help Rebecca unpack.

John put the bassinets at the end of their bed so the boys would be close when they woke up in the middle of the night.

When they climbed into bed that night, they were so glad to be home.
