You awoke Sunday morning with a bad feeling. You didn't know what it was, but something was off. The house was quiet. Too quiet. You rose from your bed and looked out the window. The streets were empty, despite it being 8 in the morning. You silently crept towards your door and peeked out. No one. You walked to Lillith's room. Gone. Your parents? Gone. 'Was this a dream?' You checked your phone. No one you knew was online. Actually no one was online. 'Weird.' Then you heard a hard knock on the front door. It shook you and the whole house. You fearfully checked the peep-hole. You were surprised to see...your father? He was nervous, you could see it in his face. You opened the door and he barged in. Nearly knocking you over.

"Dad? What's wrong?" He looked at you in pity, but quickly fixed his face.
"Nothing. Nothing's wrong." Ok. Something was up. But you didn't press any farther.
"Okay then, where's Lillith? And mom?" He flinched at the mention of your mother, and you noticed.

"They...went somewhere." No duh. He could see that you weren't buying it. "Helen w-went to get some things and Lillith went with her, t-that's all." 'Fine then, keep your secrets.' You walked upstairs to your room. That still didn't explain what was going on here.

Eventually, Lillith and your mother came home. As soon as they walked in, you smelled...blood? They seemed sort of...strange. Talking funny, acting weird, and overall just freaking you out. They didn't notice it though. For example, you offered Lillith a piece of chocolate, and she declined. Which was weird because 1, chocolate was her favorite, and 2, who doesn't like chocolate? Then, she said, "I need to save my appetite for Mom's special dinner. You decided to confront Lillith about it.
"Lillith?" She looked at you over her shoulder. "Hm?"
"What's up with you?" She cocked her head.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean...you've been acting different. I mean, to sum it up, you've been acting sort of like... you know what? Screw it. Lillith there's something wrong here."
She looked at you like you were stupid, and your not stupid.

"Oh, sweet sister. There's nothing wrong here. It's just a normal family. Isn't that what we dreamed of? A normal family? One that actually wanted us? Please Y/n, don't ruin this for us. All of this is making me hungry, I'm going to the store. Bye!"

You were pissed. There was something screwy going on here. Whether or not Lillith believed you...

And you were going to find out.
