Oh my god, Winter, you looked absolutely beautiful today. You'd bought a brand new dress to prom and you looked like a Disney Princess to me. You'd be Snow White, firstly because your name is Winter and secondly because you're clearly the fairest of them all.

Ji-eun is actually pretty cool, although I didn't get to spend as much time with you as I'd liked, she was really funny and I had a lot of fun. You disappeared sometime halfway through the dance with Yoongi and I pretended to not have cared but an hour later, you ran to my side, strands your curled brown hair pressed to your forehead. Your cheeks were flushed and there was a certain glow around you. You looked like you just ran a mile. Yoongi reappeared in the corner of my vision as well, he looked just as worn out as you.

"Sorry to interrupt," you said, pulling my arm. "We need to go, now."

I mouthed an I'm sorry to Ji-eun and followed you out of the stuffy hotel ballroom back out to the parking lot. The cold night air was cold and refreshing. You stopped in your tracks and looked at me with an intense stare.

"What's wrong Winter?" I asked worriedly, I had never seen you like this before.

You ran your hands through your hair and then said the words I wished I never heard.

"I just had slept with Yoongi."

I didn't know what to say. My head cloud with thoughts, I couldn't think clearly.

"Oh," I said staring back into your brown eyes. The ones I could always get lost in on those late nights we spent on your rooftop. Your eyes were always shined brighter then the stars above us, they were put to shame by you. Your eyes seemed to be dimmed at the moment.

"What do you mean oh? I just lost my virginity to someone I just began to know!" you hissed loudly. "What am I gonna do?"

I shrugged, "I don't know, you can't do anything about it. It's not like you can turn back time."

You continued to stare at me, like there was something you wanted to say but you didn't. Instead, you groaned and hid your face in your hands, muttering incoherently to yourself.

I smiled softly and put my hands in my pockets, "Come on, let's go grab some burgers and shakes at the diner. My treat."

Your head snapped up immediately and I couldn't help but laugh a little.

"Really?" you exclaimed, the light returning to your eyes slowly.

I rolled my eyes playfully, "Yes, come on."

You smiled and the tip of my ears reddened a little but I quickly shook it away.

That night as we were parked in front of your house, I grabbed your wrist just as you were about to leave. You turned around and raised an eyebrow, signaling me to go on.

"Let's go somewhere," I blurted out.

"What do you mean?" you cocked your head, settling back in your seat. "We just left the diner."

I let go of you and waved my hands around us, "I mean, let's get away from here. We could go to the States, apply for college there and away from this town we call home."

I held my breath as I awaited your answer. Was I crossing a line? You searched my eyes for a few seconds before a small smile began to tug at the corner of your lips.

"Yeah," you whispered softy. "Yeah, I'd love that."
