Step 4. VAMPIRES. Make a vampire fanfiction. If you are writing a One Direction fanfiction, make sure that Harry is ALWAYS the temperamental douche that cannot control his emotions. Also be sure to portray Liam as the innocent one that always feels bad for kidnapping the girl. Be sure to add in some subtle quotes insinuating that this character MAY be out of the ordinary, or part of the supernatural. For example:

He grinned to show a pair of long, sharp fangs. His skin was pale and cold as ice, and his eyes were bright red. He backed away from the garlic bread I was eating and hissed at me when I offered him some. As he was leaving the house at an unnaturally fast speed, he accidentally tripped and fell in the Holy water I conveniently placed at the bottom of the stairs cos it’s cute and Indie and hipster and a really underground trend atm. His skin began to burn as he writhed in pain. I frowned. Something wasn’t right here.

As you can see here, it gives a clever hint that this character may not be all they seem…
