I shot up from someone jumping on my arm only to find Bridgette and Matthew (who was same in age with Bridgette) taking turns hopping over me.

"What do you guys want?" I let myself fall back from exhaustion.

"Johnny told us to wake you up." Matthew sat down throwing his legs over me,"He said you'll be taking us to school today."

Johnny was my older brother who was a pain in the ass like the rest of my family.

Johnny came bursting through the door,"I'm surprised the smell of food didn't wake you up, but sad to say you missed breakfast so you're going to be eating cold eggs on your way."

"Who said I'll be taking them to school? Doesn't dad have you in charge of dropping them off? Since you literally don't do shit all day." I close my eyes for a brief second.

Maggie and I stayed over at my parents because neither of us wanted to drive.

"I train for six hours straight every day," He seemed offended,"Look you already agreed and I got shit to do so get up you're running late and so are they!" He stood by the door as both children ran out.

He was clearly lying the stupid smirk gave it away, but it was too early to argue so I waved him off.

Once he closed the door behind him I peel myself off the bed and a migraine instantly hits me. I knew I shouldn't have stayed up all night watching Ladies of London but they were having reruns.

I cover my boobs and quickly made my way into my parents room finding my mother folding clothes while humming to a song.

"Morning." I say, watching her jump.

"You fucking scared me." She clenched onto Matthews football jersey as she fell back onto bed.

"Sorry," I give her sheepish smile,"I was hoping you have something in your closet that I can borrow."

"I knew you'd ask so I dug around and found something. It's on top of the dresser, but before you rush off sit down I want to talk to you." She gestured me sit down with her on her bed.

"What's up?" I get a pillow and covered myself with it.

"How's life?" She peered up flashing me a warm smile.

"It's good? What's this about?" I asked out of curiosity because it seemed too random.

"Anyone new in your life?" She goes on and ignores my question.

"Why are you asking?" Forcing out a chuckle I tilt my head to the side.

"Maggie and I were talking yesterday." As soon as she said her name I knew that girl put some shit into my mother's head,"She mentioned that you met someone, and also that he's a womanizer."

"I see..." I didn't know what else to say. I was just so shocked that Maggie would even bring dumb shit like this up.

"I'm not trying to get involved in your personal life but all I want is for you to be careful. I don't want my baby girl getting hurt." She puts her hand on my cheek and caresses it.

I reassure her that everything is fine before I leave her room and go into a hallway bathroom to change. I rushed down stairs finding the gang standing around with lunches in their hands waiting for me.
