The next few days went by fast, but sadly not how I wanted the week to go. After that day it was like he was trying to avoid me. He gave me his number and told me to call him but yet avoided me as much as possible. It was now Saturday and I spending my afternoon on the couch watching the news.

"Mum can we please go to the park?" Bridgette huffed and through herself back.

"It's going to rain and I don't want you getting sick." I place my hand on her head to caress her soft hair.

"That's why there's medicine mummy!" Bridgette groans but then quickly straddles my lap and grabs my face between her tiny hands,"If I hug you can we go to the park?" She smiles showing off the two teeth that were missing.

Laughing I put my hand on her face and gently push her away,"Do you even love me?" She reminded me so much of her fathers attitude that it was starting to scare me.

Maggie came out the kitchen rushing into the living room,"We ran out energy drinks and since that's the only thing holding me up I need to go get some." Maggie sounded like a crack addict talking about her juices that she bought weekly.

"Wait up! I'm coming with you." Bridgette yelled chasing after her, bare foot.

"Shi–Bridgette don't!" I get up and see Bridgette trailing behind Maggie who isn't even aware.

As I'm running down the streets I feel pain from the bottom of my feet because of the little rock's that dug deep into my flesh. I managed to slip on the sandals without falling, but it wasn't so gracefully.

Once inside the small shop that Bridgette ran into I was completely done for. My legs were shaking while my hair stuck on my face from all the sweat that ran down my face. I weakly smile at the woman that stood in the counter before going through aisles trying to find Bridgette, and when I did she innocently smiled up at me holding a bag of Twix bites in her hands.

I pick her up and settle her on my hip while digging deep in my pockets for loose change.

"Where's Maggie?" I finally decided to ask since nobody else seemed to be in the store.

"I don't know." She shrugged and rested her head on my shoulder clenching onto her bag of Twix.

This was just great Maggie wondered off and I don't have my phone so there was no way of contacting her, especially if I haven't memorized her number.

So I thought what's better then sitting at home doing nothing, yup that's right, walking in and out of stores buying nothing. However, it was getting embarrassing since workers would look at me like as if I was going to buy something.

The bigger problem was that I was further away from home then I was before, and any minute now it was going to be pouring. What I'm wearing wasn't appropriate for this whether either, tank top and shorts. There's no doubt about me getting sick.

As I roam the streets to get back home I see a very familiar figure walking out of a building in front of me. After the long process of trying to make out who this person was, it hit me. My breath hitched at the sight of Mr. Styles. From what I can tell he walked out of a small local gym. He wore a hoodie, gym shorts, and leggings? His back was turned to me and he clearly had no clue I was behind him, there was no excuse not to follow him. In better words, see what he was up too.

"What are we doing?" Bridgette spoke causing me stop dead in my tracks,"Why aren't we going home?" Her face peeled off my shoulder

"You said you didn't want to go home yet, so we're going for a walk." The excuse rolled out my mouth.

"You're carrying me?"
