In the evening, after the duty hours Armaan and Arjun are planning to go for shopping first, then dinner followed by movie as planned by Rithika. As per their plan, Rithika and Rahul will come to the hospital and all the four will go in the same car, Armaan's car so that they can spend time together more and also there will be no chance of anyone getting lost in Mumbai traffic as all will be in the same car.

Rithika came first to the hospital, as Rahul is still busy with some foreign client. He said he will come within 15 minutes. So, she came directly to the hospital to spend some time with her brothers as it is almost evening, and OP will be over. She came towards her brother's cabin and he looked very pissed.

" hey bro, what has gotten into you. You look so grumpy" asked Rithu.

" Nothing sis. One of my idiotic intern getting on my nerves. She is irritating the hell out of me" Armaan said. Yaa, it's Swetha singhania again...

1 hour back

Swetha is putting a cast to the left hand of boy of 6 years old, who got fractured near elbow. She likes children very much and began chit chatting with the boy, in order to make him distract from the pain as Open surgery has done yesterday only.

Armaan while doing his rounds in the wards, he saw Swetha with the boy. A smile appeared on his face imagining Swetha with his child but it vanished quickly as the reality hit him hard. He came towards them and asked her about the progress of the boy.

" Everything is fine sir. Post operative Antibiotics are still going on. Pulse and sensations in the hand are normal. As he is allergic to penicillins, I have changed the antibiotic sir"

" Good work Doctor swetha" he said in a professional tone.

" come to my cabin once"

" what do you know about the case of that child? " he asked her

" Sir, it is a supracondylar fracture." she said in a low voice.

" that's all" he asked in a very serious tone.

" say about the complications, outcome if not intervened, what is neglected capitulum, what will you do for surgery, what is the deformity in the fracture if not treated"

She knew the answer but got awestruck with his sudden attack of questions. Her mind got blocked. Now he is sitting in front of her like a predator ready to pounce upon his prey .

" Dr. You don't have time to read the case properly. You simply used to roam around the wards chatting either with patients or your colleagues or even the SR's. How the hell did you even pass the medical entrance with your knowledge. Spare some time for patients also. Is this the way you present the case??? Study well about the Supracondylar fracture, complications and neglected capitulum bone. If you don't answer me tomorrow, I will make sure to show you the hell. " he yelled at her.

He has fallen for her at the first sight only. But he cannot avoid the fact that he cannot get her as he thought she is a lesbian. He is very much disturbed by seeing her everytime in the same hospital. This is reminding him of the fact that he is out of her list but couldn't stop the attraction he felt towards her. He is showing his anger on her in every way possible as she is responsible for his disturbed thoughts.

"y.. Yes ....sir" Swetha got frightened to see this side of him. His shouting might have echoed the whole unit.

' wow, he is damn sexy and hot when he is angry'she thought.
