Dragons Rescue Riders: Dak x Reader

Idk what to call this chapter

As soon as those words came out of my mouth I knew what Dak and Leyla wanted to do "Guys I think you know what this means" I said they both nodded their heads and looked at me and Leyla said "Just keep out of their blast range and well be fine I promise" Dak nodded while I just walked out to find the dragons. As I was walking I could hear a funny banging noise coming from the sleep cave so I opened the trapdoor and climbed down it shutting behind me as I did so.

"Um guys!" I yelled at them from the sleep cave "What's wrong?" Dak asked as he entered the room "Oh no!" I gave him a worried look, the dragons where missing and there was a giant hole in the wall "Leyla where's ur dragon diary?" I questioned "Oh I'll get it" she shouted back. We heard some shuffling going on above us and then heard Leyla come back towards the trapdoor and then she threw the diary down the trapdoor as she was helping Summer plan everything. Whilst she was doing that I was "Ok ok..." I mumbled "Ok to what?" Dak asked me again.

I looked at him and sighed "The Slobber-smelters must have burnt the wood with their acidic drool..." I looked at Dak before carrying on "That means that when they burnt the wood the other baby dragons must have escaped with them" I stated. I breathed in and out and then Dak said "It will be ok I promise" He then pulled me into a nice hug and I rested my head on his chest and we silently walked out to look for the dragons "Hey Dak remember what I said about the acidic drool?" I asked him and he nodded "Well let's just say that their might be no Huttsgalor anyway"

I pointed to the village which was covered in people running the loud screams of piercing Shreikscales and the houses with holes in from the Slobber-Smelters and the forest is on fire by Heatey the fire dragon "Oh My God! Look at this place!" Leyla said after hearing the screeches of our fellow townspeople I gave a nod and looked down to see that my top had a small amount of blood on it.

"Well I'm just going to check on Winter why don't you two go and help the village and I'll join u once we have finished?" I suggested to them, once they finally agreed and left I checked under my top to see that one of the scars covering my body was bleeding and I don't know how to tell Dak and Leyla about my past. Should I? Or should I not?

Comment on what u think Y/N should do should she tell them about her past and the scars or should she keep it hidden and let them figure it out?
