Sean was in her room watching her newest invention, a small robot called Mr Suitcase, romp around. She'd felt very proud to have built him and Liu had been rather excited at the final result, having watched the entire process. Mr Suitcase was fond of her brother and seemed to respond to his commands better than hers, but that was fine.
Out of nowhere, their was a small click sound. A small white orb fell into her room. Before she could even register what was happening, it gave a shrill beeping noise and exploded in the middle of the small room.
The force threw Sean back a few paces. She saw red smoke everywhere and a dizzying pain was spreading through her body. She dropped to the floor, coughing weakly. Red smoke filled her vision, blurring out everything.
Something grabbed her...
Dragged her down...
And everything faded into black.
