The last time I was intimidated was when I was 6 years old in karate class. I was an orange belt and the instructor ordered me to fight a black belt who was a couple years older and a lot bigger. I was scared shitless. I mean, I was terrified and he kicked my ass. But then I realized he didn't kick my ass as bad as I thought he was going to and that there was nothing really to be afraid of. That was around the time I realized that intimidation didn't really exist if you're in the right frame of mind.

You guys might be thinking why I put Kobe's quotes on this platform, since it has nothing to do with wattpad. Simply, I put in the description of my book that it displays sadness, happiness, sorrowness, encouragement, etc. Reading that, you wouldn't think to see these things on here. But, Kobe has been appreciated around the world as a player, a father, and a mentor as I may say so myself. What he brought to the game of Basketball wasn't just his talent on the hardwood, it was how he approached the game with passion and desire. He wanted to be the best. No second places. And as a player myself, I consider him a player that has defied all expectations in his rookie year, and he has earned the title of being the best of best in my book. He didn't just wow you with his skills, he made you feel emotional watching him. He was just different. And now to see him go down like this with his daughter, it has been a terrible tragedy not just for the soprting world, but the world as a whole. But instead of crying and mourning over his death, we should move on with our lives but remember him and all that he has down in the things we do. Atleast for me.
