A/N: Okay, here is the next chapter. I do apologize once again for the wait. But as promised it is updated sooner than the previous chapters. Work is still busy and we're getting things changed too so that's taking some getting used to. I want to thank everyone for the patience and let everyone know I will be attempting to update even sooner for chapter 13. Without further ado, please enjoy chapter 12!

"P'Arthit?"

Arthit does not bother lifting his head from his pillow, resulting in his response being a moan. He and Kongpob had returned to the dorms, both exhausted and unwilling to do anything else besides lazing about. Arthit knows he still has to quiz his boyfriend for his next exam, but after the earlier events, he was surprised he even remembered that very fact.

"I hate to bring this up after what happened earlier, but do you think we should check with my family if I have someone in my past who might bring us trouble?" Kongpob inquires, "I mean if I do have someone who could stir something up as well, wouldn't it be best for us to prepare for the problem first hand?"

Arthit's head pops up and he looks over to see Kongpob standing in the middle of the room looking rather uncomfortable. The older classman sits up and folds his arms in front of his chest, "There is something bothering you isn't there?"

Kongpob doesn't answer at first and Arthit can tell his boyfriend is trying to come up with an answer he believes Arthit wants to hear, "P'Arthit-"

"Tell me the truth, or don't talk to me at all," Arthit demands before realizing the words are out of his mouth. What he does not expect is for Kongpob's eyes to widen in shock and fear, "Kongpob I-"

"I have never once lied to you, P' Arthit. At least as far as I can remember. I can't speak for myself before the attack, but I-" Kongpob turns around hands clenched into fists shoulder's shaking, "But if you can't trust me, maybe this relationship is closer to being over than we think."

Arthit feels his breath hitch when he hears that. Without thinking he leaps to his feet and wraps his arms around his younger boyfriend locking his hands at Kongpob's torso, "Kong, please, don't say that, please. I don't want to lose you," He can feel his own eyes starting to mist over but he tries to blink the salty droplets away, "I'm just on edge with everything happening and I-"

"P'Arthit, I'm scared of losing you," Kongpob admits, "What if someone else from your past comes to try to take you away from me? What if someone from my past tries to?"

"Do you think I would let them?" Arthit asks, "Do you not believe in my feelings for you? I know I'm not the perfect boyfriend, and I'm not always-"

"No, stop it!" Kongpob sniffles, "I"m the one who isn't-"

"Neither of us is perfect, and yes we both have haunts from our past, whether we realize it or not," Arthit starts, "Nairong is someone from my past, someone I wish would have stayed in my past, but now that he is here I can promise you he doesn't mean anything to me," His voice drops to a whisper, "Not after what he did."

Kongpob, despite the words being spoken at the level of a whisper still hears his boyfriend, "What did he do?"

"It's obvious he tried to kill you," Arthit responds tightening his hold on the younger man, "But in the end, he still didn't get what he wanted."

"Have you figured out his agenda?" Kongpob asks turning his body around so they are now facing each other

"After Knott and I put the pieces together, yes I believe so," Arthit leans forwards resting his forehead on Kongpob's shoulder, "I don't have evidence to back up this claim but I believe Nairong found out you and I were acquainted and considering how often you used to try to be around me he thought we were already together. He has wanted me for a long time and if it wasn't for the fact he had to go to a different university he would probably still be pining for me."
