Niko sighed having climbed down the tree safely. His dream had left him startled and frightened , he felt sick to his stomach as he walked back towards his house. He silently looked around feeling eyes all around him weather they where animal, human or not, he didn't know. His feet where tired and his head pounded and he let his mind drift, staring off into space as he thought over his dream. Who was that man? What did he want? Was there someone there with me? He looked up, the soft light of his houses porch reached him and he unlocked the gate that was attached to his fence. He yawned as he entered his yard, the light from his porch cascaded across the grass. He walked up the stairs and into his house, trying to be as quiet as he could trying not to wake anyone up. He took his boots off and silently walked to his bedroom.

"Pssst" He heard and he whipped around. "Niko! What are you doing back so late!?" It was his sister, one hand on her hip and a book in the other. Niko looked down he knew his sister wouldn't say anything to his mother, who had fallen asleep on the couch, but being caught by her meant there would be a lecture. "I'm really sorry, Ash. I just fell asleep..." Ash sighed and shook her head. "I apologize, I hope mother wasn't too worried." Ash shook her head again "No she fell asleep really early." Niko nodded, " I see." Niko said looking over at his mother's sleeping body on the couch. "I have to go to school early, Ash-" "Then why did you stay in the woods until two in the morning?" Ash asked harshly. "If father finds out you did this he'll punish you for sure!" Niko froze and stared at Ash. "Ashely. Please don't tell him." Ash's eyes softened and gave him a smile. She took his hand and walked into his room. "You know I wouldn't do that." She said putting her book down on his dresser and hugged him. "Plus Father isn't home anyway, he's out on a quick job run." Niko nodded and pulled back, flopping on his bed. Ash sat beside him, looking him over. "Are you alright?" She asked. "You look paler then usual." Niko sat up and tilted his head. "Yeah I had a strange dream when I was in the woods." He said and yawned. "My head hurts a bit from sleeping in the woods but I'm fine." Ash nodded and stood up, "Alright, get some sleep before school- call me if you need anything or if you feel worse, okay?" Niko nodded and curled up on his bed. Ash chucked and pick up her book, turning off the lights. She left the room silently and Niko fell asleep.

Sorry for not posting in a while, I'll post more often I promise. I've had a bit going on and I'm doing something special! I'll announce it next week when I finish my secret project- don't ask because it's secrettttt! I'll post tomorrow, see y'all then!
