After about an hour, Lilith and her mother walked back downstairs the smell of the food Rosa and her mother had cooked completely encompassing their senses."You two never fail to amaze me. How you do it though I'll never know." Mrs. Shadow commented. Rosa laughed at this as she responded, "Thank you Mrs. Shadow, it just takes a little time, effort and lots of practice." She finished with a smile. Mrs. Fauna smiled at her daughter as they finished putting their meal on the table. Lilith and her mother began to set the table as a show of thanks and the four sat down and ate their meal, holding pleasant conversation through mouths full of Alfredo and steamed broccoli. After they had all finished eating they cleaned the mess. Lillian and Rosa decided to go to their room to get ready for bed. Their mothers had long since retired for the night. The girls engaged in meaningless banter as the pair of them drifted off into a dreamless sleep. Both unaware of the surprises that awaited for them when they next woke.
