Wednesday, November 27th /one more day until thanksgiving

Roxy Pov:
"It's one more day till Thanksgiving! This is time to make a Wednesday a good day so let's have a thanksgiving eve dinner party tonight" "sure" Virgil said nut looking up from his phone. "Yay! I'm gonna go call everyone who agreed to come tomorrow!"

Logan's POV:
Logan was hanging out at the library before getting a call from Roxy about the dinner party they're having later that day.
Logan didn't want to be alone with that mysterious family for too long. Sure that family was like his own and he loved Roxy to death but they can get crazy sometimes. But Logan didn't have many friends other than Virgil so he doesn't have much of a choice besides being alone with them.

Logan was sent to the grocery store by Roxy because she forgot to buy ice for drinks and fruit for some smoothies she planned on making. Logan walked into the store with only a basket due to him not needing much and went on his way to the fruit area to find strawberries and maybe some other fruit to put in smoothies.

Patton's Pov

Patton was sitting alone at home once again because his family was once again busy doing other things. Patton didn't want to eat leftovers again and he just didn't want to be alone so he decided to go to the dog park and he'd buy groceries afterward to make a fresh dinner.

After a few minutes at the dog park, Patton started getting hungry so he pets his last dog and said goodbye to the dogs' owner to go on his way to the local grocery store.
Once at the store Patton got a cart, ready to buy whatever he might need for dinner.

Third-person pov:

Patton soon found all he needed for dinner and went to the freezer aisle to get some cold dessert. Some could call it eating your feelings but Patton calls it enjoying the amazing creation called food. Just more than others...

Patton heard an "Are you okay?" From behind him and jumps slightly at the sudden sound he almost fell onto his butt if it wasn't for someone standing behind him who had let him fall back into their chest instead.

Logan dropped his basket to catch the startled stranger. "Are you alright sir? you were crying I just wanted to make sure you were ok." Logan said standing Patton back up. Patton forced a small chuckle while wiping his eyes dry and fixing his glasses. "Yes I'm fine to thank you for helping me. My name's Patton" Patton says holding his hand out for the other to shake while his forced smile turned to a genuine one recognizing the man from their school. Logan takes Patton's hand also recognizing the short boy in front of him from school. "Hello Patton, I'm Logan and it's a pleasure to meet you. You should probably get to your family though am I correct?" Patton's smile faded a little but was forced back. "Nope! I'm by myself tonight. Also, you're Logan Crofters the smartest kid in biology right? School council?"

"Yes, that is me from Harper high. I've noticed you too Patton Baker you're a very nice guy." Logan said with a quick smile. "Well if you'd like you could come with me to a gathering I'm going to." Logan pushed his glasses up while speaking as if his suggestion was a common thing to say.
Patton:" I'm sorry? What?"
Logan: " I'm sorry I'm not one for social talking I'm told but I'd like if I wasn't quite alone with my lovely yet wild family I'm going to be hanging out with. And I see no harm in bringing a guest as they are very welcoming...sometimes. It's all up to you, of course, you don't have to-" Logan was cut off by Patton hugging him repeatedly saying "thank you's" Logan patted Patton's back "um your welcome? it was no problem really" Patton let go. "Sorry about that just got a bit excited" Logan: "that's quite alright. All I have to do is buy my things and we can leave. Um what would you like to do with your things?" Logan said pointing to Patton's almost overflowing cart. Patton: "on don't worry about that I'll just ask Judy to keep it."
Logan: "I'm sorry? Judy?" Patton: "oh yeah my friend who works here! Come come I'll just give her my cart!" Logan quickly picked up his basket as his right arm was being pulled by Patton's as Patton rushed to give his cart over to his friend.

Patton ran to a close worker asking directions to 'Judy' they finally stopped in front of a tall skinny red hair girl in a blue vest and a name tag that said her name on it. The girl never took her eyes off the clipboard she was holding, she just saw a bit of the over flowing cart in the corner of her eye. "Hey pat you leaving your cart with me again I see?" The woman said checking things off of the clipboard.

Patton chuckles a little. "Yeah if that's ok" Judy smiles. "Yes it's ok but what's the reason this time-" Judy cut herself off once she looked up and saw Logan. Judy smirked. "Never mind you go ahead pat I'll watch over your cart." Patton smiled brightly. "Thanks Jude! I'll talk to you later! Bai!" Patton said walking off with Logan to the check out counter.

After Logan bought his things he walked  out of the store with Patton.
