Lucifer and I spent hours in the room together after, just taking pleasure in each others company-- among other activities. It was getting to be late evening by the time he decided he needed to go back to his room, having shirked most of his responsibilities for the day.

He stood, dressing in his black button up shirt and donned his red and black vest. I laid on the bed, giving him a half smile. I was still completely undressed.

He smiled back, waling over and covering me in a sheet from the bed.

"How am I ever going to focus on what I need to do with you laying here like this?" he said, brushing kisses along my marked shoulder.

My eyes fluttered for a moment, but then I sighed.

"What did you guys mean earlier, when you mentioned a second form?" I asked, rousing myself from the bed just as he went over to collect his jacket from a chair on the other side.

"We demons and angels have a second form, one that is more encompassing of our powers," he explained, shouldering his coat into place.

I always wondered hoe he managed to get it to sit perfect squat like that without really wearing it.

"Do you have a second form?"

He flashed me a smile, coming over and giving me a gentle kiss on my forehead before backing up. His smile continued, reaching his eyes, as his whole body glowed a dark purple color for a moment.

He flickered, then two thick black horns appeared just above either ear, a black diamond on his forehead. Four wings appeared on his back, black as the midnight sky almost always outside of Devildom.

In a similar fashion to his usual wear, he still kept his black and red theme, but instead of his evening coat he had a billowing overcoat. It was black on the outside and sported a silky red interior, with a split running up the middle of it until it reached the small of his back.

There were dark peacock feather designs here and there. Where the usual plumage was bright and inviting, his were black, red, and gold.

He cupped my face with red gloved hands, looking at me lovingly. "Happy?" he asked.

I didn't really know what to say. I reached out, touching one of his black wings. They were huge, and soft to the touch. His eyes fluttered when I did.

"They're very sensitive," he warned, his tone becoming a little hot and heavy.

Then it was gone, and he was dressed in his normal casual outfit. I blinked, my minds eye still reeling over the change.

"And you think I have another form like that?" I balked.

How could something so drastic be lurking inside me?

"If I'm correct, then yes. This is the first we've ever come across something like this, so it's only a theory. There may be a way to bring it out. Divaolo is calling in a friend of his who should know more on the topic... Hopefully."

Lucifer stepped forward one more time, pulling me into him and kissing my forehead one more time, one hand on the small of my back and the other on my cheek. I hummed, happy for any touch he would give me, and kissed his hand in answer.

He then left, giving me one more look before closing the door. I stood in the center of my room, relishing in the simple fact that everything seemed so perfect now. I had somehow carved out a haven for me here, and even found someone to share it with.

I dressed and made my way to the kitchen. I was starving. Famished, actually, having missed both lunch and dinner. I wondered how Lucifer was always able to keep going without stopping, especially when it came to his responsibilities to Divaolo.
