The Rouge

Chapter 7

Lucian was carrying Jeremiah to the village hospital. I linked Lucian and said I would meet up with the in a few minutes and I went back to the house and went to my room shifted, put on my clothes and went to the hospital.

When I arrived my father was there and he definitely not happy with me. I wasn't happy with me either, it was all my fault Jeremiah was hurt. I started helping the women who were tending my brother. The wound was healing, but because It was a rouge bite it wouldn't heal like other injuries would. It would leave a scar, something not normal for us.

After a few more minutes of rushing around, Jeremiah's wound was healed but he was drained of energy and he would be staying here for a few days. During the chaos of tending to my brothers bite, his mate Skylar came and she was not happy. I wasn't close with her, come to think of it I wasn't close to any of my brothers mates, but I knew after she found out what happened she would hate me even more. Oh well, I honestly don't care,

I left the hospital giving Jeremiah time to be with his mate when I started to head home. I was hoping father was not there, I didn't want a lecture on "I shouldn't have snuck out and I could've gotten Jeremiah killed" when I already knew that and felt bad for it. But thankfully the only ones home were my brothers.

I was hoping that I could sneak upstairs so I wouldn't be interrogated but that didn't happen. "Eden can you come in here please." I could tell Lucian was mad and he was holding back his anger. I walked to the dining room and Lucian, Gabriel, Austin, Michael, Jacob, Ellis, and Ryder were all sitting at the dinning room table.

"Eden, what were you thinking." I am pretty sure my face turned a bright red, I was furious. "What was I thinking?! I was being chased by a rouge if I stopped for a second he would've killed me and I didn't know what to do." I could Lucian's green eyes turn dark, and he stood up, "Why were you out in the first place Eden, why do you have to be so reckless? Why is it you only care about yourself?" He would've continued but I didn't give him time to finish, my rage was growing, "Well sorry next time I am being chased by a rouge I will let him catch me and kill me. Sorry I am stupid and that I called for help."

This time Gabriel spoke up, "Your not stupid just naïve, you can get into more trouble than you already are for sneaking out of the house." They all knew my struggles with dad but not all of them knew that I have thought of converting rouge, so now would be the perfect time to announce that. "Well soon I won't have to worry about that, none of you will have to worry about your 'naïve' little sister and he won't have to worry about me anymore either. Not that he does anyway ." I heard Ellis and Ryder gasp. I rolled my eyes "Oh shut up you knew that Ive though about converting and you shouldn't be shocked that the decision is a set. And don't try to stop me, there is nothing you can say to stop me."

I felt my brothers hard stares on me Michael finally spoke, "Convert, what do you mean convert?" His teeth were clenched. "You all know exactly what I mean by convert, and like I said there is nothing you can say to stop me." And with that I walked out of the dinning room not listening to my brothers yelling at me and went to my bedroom.

When I got to my room I slammed my door and locked it, I heard my brothers following me and banging on my door but the only voice I could hear was Lucian's. "YOU CANT GO ROUGE! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING?!" I walked over to my door and opened, "I AM DOING WHAT IS BEST FOR ME, DAD DOESNT CARE ABOUT ME SO HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEE ME LEAVE, AND I AM ALSO DOING THE BEST FOR ALL OF YOU SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR YOUR FOOLISH LITTLE SISTER ANYMORE!!!!" I put as much venom in my words before I slammed the door in their faces.

I went over to my closet and grabbed a small duffle bag. I had to make sure I carried as little as possible with me. So I only grabbed three pairs of shorts, three shirts, three flannels and three pairs of under garments. As uncomfortable as it sounded when I was in human form I would have to settle for being naked most of the time.

The banging on my door ceased. But I could still smell all my brothers right outside my door. I mind linked my brothers, "If you care so much about me going rouge hold off telling dad until I'm gone." I walked over to my door and walked out, all my brothers stood up, I rolled my eyes, "Don't get your boxers in a twist I am just going to see Jeremiah, and I am not leaving until he is out of the hospital." I didn't give them a chance to respond before I walked downstairs and out the door.
