Chapter 11

After a couple days of running I was in Montana, there was someone I needed to meet up with. And after that I would be heading towards Canada.

I started to travel deep into the forest and I still felt someone watching me. I started to run faster. I lost whoever was following me but I knew it wouldnt be much longer until they found me. I hid behind a tree and after a few minutes I started to hear paws hitting the forest floor. Hopefully he would be running to fast and when he lost my scent for a split second I would attack him from behind.

Whoever was following me was getting closer. And just like I planned he ran past the tree I was hidding behind he tried to relocate my scent and before he could turn around i jumped on his back. This next part I didnt plan for. After I launched myself on his back he quickly flopped on his back to crush me. But lucky for me he was a small wolf so their weight didn't crush me to badly but I grunted just by the shock of it all.

He got off of me and turned around, he was fast, so I had to hurry up before he could attack me. So I got up and started to snap my jaw at him. Somehow he pinned me but I pushed him off of me and they were launched into a tree.

He grunted and shifted. Or I should say she grunted and shifted. "Please don't hurt me anymore, I saw you running and I thought I could have a little sense of not being alone if I followed you. I'm so sorry I didn't want to attack it was just instinct. I'm so so sorry."

"Be quiet. I'm fine. No offense but that was the lamest fight ever, you're not a very tough opponent." Blunt but true.

"I'm so sorry."

"Stop saying you're sorry."

"Sor... I'm Rose"

"Eden."

It was quiet for a few minutes until I bluntly broke the silence. I was really annoyed I had to get to Montana. "What do you want?"

"Oh I don't, uh, I didn't think that I would get this far. But, uh I don't know, uh maybe I could, uh tag along with you for a while?"

"No offense but I really just want to be on my own."

I don't know this person, I don't trust this person, and so far I don't like this person. I don't necessarily want her to tag along as harsh as that sounds but I really don't want her to tag along.

"Please, I promise I won't be to much of a burden."

"I can tell, the way you fight you can hold your own but you need to work on that."

"Then you can help me."

I really didn't not want to "train" someone.

"I don't think I would be the best person to teach you to fight."

"That's ok, if we run into anyone I can just pick up on what you are doing."

"We?! This isn't a set decision. I haven't said yes."

"Please."

I would feel bad saying no but I just couldn't say yes.

"No. I'm sorry but this is not a good idea. Maybe you should go back to wherever you can from."

Without waiting for a response I shifted and started running.

New chapter yay! I apologize for not posting in forever I have had a lot of things going on and I just didn't have the time to write chapters or edit chapters.
