Old car

I was an old car
Broken and useless
Discarded by many
Some took me
With big plans
To fix me
They rattled around
Under my hood
But once they grew bored
Of their dream project
I just collected dust
In their crowded garage
But you found me
Sitting all alone
No hope
Never to move again
You mended me
Revived my engine
And gave me the road
