Third pov

"Have u ever wanted to study further Beam" Arthit asked pausing his work.

Beam dropped all the chopped vegetables in the soup and chuckled "yes dad, when me and kit were 10, we lost our roommate to cancer. Those days we both determined to become a doctor. We gave up after the reality slapped us on our face."

Arthit nodded to himself "bring your highschool grade sheets the next time you come" he said to Beam.

"You don't believe me dad, I've got A+ in every subject except gym" without knowing Arthit's motives Beam took out his phone to show his sheet softcopy.

Arthit took a look at it and smiled "good, study for medical entrance examination from now, I'll sponsor your studies. We have a charity to provide education for the needy"

Beam's eyes widened his brain couldn't form words "No, that's not necessary. I don't want to trouble you please"

Arthith patted beam's shoulder "you have good grades Beam, don't let your hard work go in vain. If your friend has got A minimum in every subject then ask him to study too. This is not up for arguments"

Beam hugged Arthit from behind, tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

Arhtit patted beam's arms wrapped in his neck and smiled. "Study hard for your exam dear" Beam nodded without releasing his hold.

"What exam? Why are you strangling my daddy?" Yo entered eating pistachios with Kong.

Arthit kissed his son's forehead. He was still regretting flicking and rubbed the place.

Beam spoke "medical e exam yo, dad said he'll sponsor my medical studies if i clear the entrance"

"Whoaa congrats p'beam, so we are going to be together for five years"

Arhtit and kong's head snapped. "Ugh" they both said in unison.

"What? I'm going to study medicine too. I am going to be a doctor" yo said shrugging.

Kong spoke "baby yo, you know how difficult medicine is right? You hardly got D last year"

Yo's hurt displayed on his eyes "just because i don't study it doesn't mean i can't paa. I'll crack this entrance without anybody of your help" with that he stormed to his room and shut the door.

Kong rubbed his temple with the hand. Arthith followed yo but Kong holded him back. "Give him some time oon. You know his temper, I'll ask forth to go"

Arthith was clearly upset with their actions and kong went to talk to forth.

Beam didn't know what to do. "You didn't want yo to take medicine dad?" He asked in confusion.

Arthith left a heavy sigh. "Nothing like that Beam, we both were just shocked. We barely knew he wants to go to college."

Kong went and sat next to forth, who is repairing a hair dryer which is working absolutely fine. "Forth dear, bring your brother down for dinner"

Forth innocently stood up and headed to the stairs. Kong muttered to himself "sorry forth"

Forth opened yo's room door casually and dodged a toy that's thrown on him. Unfortunately he could only dodge the first attack not the series of pillow attacks.

He was hit by pillows and he played like those were bullets and faked death lying down. yo sat on forth's stomach giggling.

"Owww nong, you are so light. You need to eat, let's go" forth said sitting up.
