A few days prior to the sports festival

The Pro heroes All Might, Midnight, Vlad king and Snipe sat in the conference room along with Principal Nedzu. The atmosphere was tense and serious.

"Our investigators are trying whatever they can about the so called League of Villains. We've made some progress however, we haven't found anything about this 'Shigaraki' so far, " Tsukachi read through his papers flipping through them, "We've been searching up men in their 20s to early 30s with disintegration quirks, but so far, we're drawing a blank. Same with the warpgate villain, Kurogiri."

Vlad king spoke up, "So you're telling us that we know nothing?" He growled. The other heroes looked slightly disappointed and  wary.

"Well, not nothing..." Tsukachi stepped to the side, the screen turned on displaying multiple pictures of a woman wearing a white trench coat along with a black choker . She wore a F/c blouse and black jeans with a white stripe running up along the side. A cruel smile on her lips, a taunting smile.

All Might looked down to see the same white ankle shoes with a black stripe on the day of the attack. Her hair was green and reached her (Shoulders, ears, lower back, etc) styled into a h/s. Other images showed the villain standing near crime scenes and in the USJ incident from the footage. Her face was half covered with a white eye mask.

"I'm sure you all recognise her, not only from the attack, but from other places," Tsukachi gestured to the screen, Midnight and Snipe's faces paled, King Vlad sighed, "It's the infamous a-ranked villain, VOID. However, she used a different attire on the day of the attack, I think that she doesn't want anyone to know she's affiliated with LOV," All Might nodded.

"She's one of the top 5 female villains. She's extremely strong and smart isn't she?" Midnight asked, "The last time anyone encountered her was 3 months ago. She raided a hero agency and single handedly took down everyone in the building."

All Might looked to Tsukachi, "May I ask, what exactly is her quirk?" The other staff turned to him, principal Nedzu deep in thought.

"We have tried to identify what quirk she has," he turned to the screen zooming in on two different videos, playing them simultaneously. One displayed the woman using her barrier projections as defense mechanism. (USJ footage) The other video showed her using strings of fire to attack the hero agency, "No matter what we do, we can never identify her quirk. Every time she engages in battle, she seems to have a different ability. And not only that, she switches between quirks." The 2nd footage showed her switch from fire to slowing down time in the room. Everything floated around weirdly as she simply walked through.

"Well don't you suppose that maybe it isn't her quirk's doing," all eyes went to Nedzu, "There aren't many families with copying type quirks. Although transform and mutant quirks don't have little to no drawbacks, emitter quirks always do. The fact that there is practically no limit to what seems to be an emitter quirk is suspicious."

All Might continued, "Are you suggesting that she is using something to substitute the lack of a quirk?" He was surprised, it hadn't even crossed his mind at this point.

"It is possible, however, I believe she has a quirk. What it is, I'm not sure of." Nedzu looked down disappointed for a second but turned back to the front.

"We've got to track them down, I shot their ringleader and VOID but once he heals, there's a high chance they'll attempt something like this again," Snipe added.

"He seems like the type to do so," All Might continued,"When I fought him, he kept speaking about 'beating this level' and 'taking down the boss'. If it weren't for VOID, I think he might have completely snapped. He's almost like a child."

"Speaking of, what is the relationship between this, 'Tomura Shigaraki' and VOID?" Vlad king propped his hands up on the table, "Based on what All Might just said, do you believe that they are more than just allies?"

Tsukachi sighed, "Unfortunately, we don't have any information on that either." He shuffled through his papers one last time before the meeting had come to an end.

Meanwhile, Y/n skipped from roof to roof delicately landing on the concrete. She sprinted leaping off the edges wind running past her like a river around rock. She was trying to escape the police who were chasing her for robbing a vault.

The money from the robbery ended up back at the base, however, she wanted to tease the police. Making them chase her for an hour now. She heard shouting becoming quieter the further she ran.

Suddenly, she felt her center of gravity shifting, she turned her head to see she had tripped over a pipe, "Oh grea-," Before she could continue she plummeted straight into an alleyway. Just as she was about to hit the ground she fell into someone's arms.

She looked slightly dazed then looked up to the person holding her. Their cerulean eyes were confused as hell, "Uh, did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" His confused smile turned into a smirk.

"Nah, but it probably hurt more when you crawled out of hell though." She said referring to his scars. He dropped her, "Oi!" She got up looking around, she saw burnt bodies all around the alley and ashes lining the walls.

"But seriously who are you and what are you doing here?" His black hair were like soft spikes and he had purple burnt flesh all over his body, "Hey, aren't ya scared? I could-"

"Be a villain? Guess what I'm one too," He squinted at her then his eyes widening in shock, he raised a brow crossing his arms. .

"You're the cyber villain VOID... what are you doing here?"

"Trying to escape from the police."

"Fair enough," He shoved his hands in his pockets. He kicked the dust beneath his feet.

She looked around once more jutting her thumb towards the rest of the alleyway, "You did this?" He nodded slowly, she scoffed, "You're pretty strong, not gonna lie."

He gave a lazy half smile, "Why thank you, nice hearing that from the number 3 villain." She walked back up to him licking her lips.

"You know, the league could use someone as strong as you." She hummed.

He nodded shrugging his shoulders, "I'll think about it." She walked pass him trudging over the dead crip bodies. She then turned her head to the side.

"Oh, well, what's your name?"

"Call me Dabi."
