LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

J's POV,
6:30 pm...

"Oh my God I'm so so tired girls!" Sophie stated as she threw herself on the bed.

"I don't think you guys are as tired as me" I stated tiredly as I clean my face with a wipe.

"Why won't you be tired! You've been going up and down trying to see if everyone has eaten" lily stated as she removes her earring.

We're back from the event so we're undressing to change into something very comfortable but not before a very hot bath though.

I finished cleaning my face and made my way to the toilet to take my bath when my phone beeped. I decided to leave it an take my bath first if not I won't be able to do it because I'm feeling very lazy right now.

Few minutes later....

'Alright girls I think I'm sleeping early today because I have to wake up early tomorrow' I stated as I made my way to where I kept my phone.

"Osheeyyyyyyy!!!! Girls you need to see this" Lily exclaimed happily.

What's making her act this way?

Anyways me and Sophie practically ran  to see what she was looking at.

"Mad ooohh!!!" Sophie screamed.

And me? Well I was speechless, like very speechless! Butterflies were running in my stomach,I was totally awestruck!

It was a picture of me and Zahid, we were laughing at something and someone snapped us. I'm so in love with the picture and a little in-love with the guy in the picture.
We were looking like all these cute couples.

"Who sent you the picture?" I asked finally. I was blushing so hard and the looks there were giving me wasn't helping matters.

"Mahmud. He was like we're having another wedding soon" Lily answered with a smile.

Okay I'm sure my face has turned to a different color at this moment.

"Ahh! Mahmuddd!!! So his eyes were on us the whole time!" I stated shyly.

Mahmud is our course mate, more like a brother to us.

I was about to ask her to send when my phone beeped again.
Ahh I even forgot that someone sent me a message earlier.

I saw Affan's name on the screen and that got me curious to know what he sent.

I checked the message and.. oh wow!

The first message was:

Hello beautiful! How are you? I know you're very tired at the moment so let me just go straight to the point..
Will you be my date tomorrow please? I've been meaning to ask you even before I knew you were Laila's friend , I'll be waiting for your reply so please don't keep me waiting.
Ps: you looked stunning earlier 😉

The second message:

Hope you're still alive over there!

Alright! I don't know wether to be happy or disappointed.
Why because I was hoping someone else would send the message.

I sighed as I type a reply...

Hi handsome! I'm doing good and yes I'm very tired !
Sure no problem, I was going alone anyways so..
Ps: You looked very handsome too😉
And yes! I am still alive and healthy too☺️

I sighed again as I pressed the send button.

His reply came in after some seconds..

Are you sure you were going alone or you just couldn't resist me? 😉
