Recovery Time? Pt.1 P.J.Y

Jin was finishing his dinner with Namjoon when his phone rang.

"Who is it?" Namjoon asked.

"Don't know" Jin said as he answered the call.

"Hello?" Jin asked.

"Hello, may I speak to Seokjin please?" the person said.

"This is him, how may I help you?"

"Hello Seokjin, I'm Doctor Kim we have met before in your brother's room. I'm calling to inform you that your brother is going through surgery at the moment since he was having pain in his abdomen and the bruises were getting worse. So we need you to come by and sign some paperwork since he is still underage to do so himself." The Doctor had said.

"Oh my god, No that can't be happening he was ok when we left, Mark was there with him how did it happen." He said worriedly.

"The visiting hours were over at 5:30 sir. When we got there, no one was present."

"Ok, I'm on my way." He said as he hung up and turned to Namjoon.

"We need to go to the hospital again. Jinyoung is undergoing surgery." Jin said as he grabbed his coat and ran to the door. Namjoon followed behind.

~~~~~TIME SKIP TO HOSPITAL~~~~~

Both of them had arrived at the hospital and ran to the front desk.

"Hi! I got a call from you guys... About my brother..." Jin said.

"Ah yes, Seokjin am I correct?" The nurse asked.

Jin nodded his head and the nurse proceeded to escort him and Namjoon to the room JInyoung was supposed to be in.

"Please wait out here, Jinyoung is still undergoing surgery. Doctor Kim will be here shortly after she is done with his surgery." With that, the nurse left Jin and Namjoon waiting there.

Shortly after, Doctor Kim approached the couple and greeted them.

"We meet again, Seokjin. Nice you see you again Namjoon I assume?" the Doctor said.

"Y-yes, how's Jinyoung?" Jin asked impatiently.

"I apologize for calling you this late but he's still underage to sign papers. Jinyoung's surgery was a success. There were no complications during surgery. He will need to rest for a week or two. He will need to stay for a week in the hospital for recovery and after that, he is allowed to return home and continue his recovery."

Jin sighed in relief when hearing the good news but then remembered Jinyoung just started school so he will need some type of note to excuse his absences.

"Um, Doctor?"

"Yes"

"Jinyoung will need a letter from you stating his condition so his absences can be excused...." Jin shyly said.

"Oh of course! I will write that letter for you right now. You may come in, Jinyoung will be here shortly. I will hand you his papers shortly." The Doctor said as she walked toward the computer in the room and started typing away.

A few minutes had passed by and Jinyoung was brought in. Jin got up and waited for the nurses to finish getting Jinyoung settled.

"Please wait a while for him to wake up." One of the nurses had said.

"Ok, that's fine." Jin said.

"Namjoon, what time is it?"

"It's about to be 7. Why?" Namjoon said as he was looking at his phone.
